Park Avenue Care Home

My dad was only at park avenue care home for a few days as he was very ill before he passed away, but the staff were amazing, so kind to us and dad.They looked after him so well and were there for us when he died. If you are thinking of using park avenue for a relative I would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful care home! Always fresh and clean with warm and friendly atmosphere. Team and management are welcoming and kind and willing to go above and beyond for their residents.

I visited Park Avenue Care Centre in January 2018 and was amazed at how calming and friendly the environment was. The manager Kim Bush was very patient with all my queries and was also very helpful with some more dementia related information. The websites and other resources she gave me were apt for anyone who had a loved one diagnosed with dementia and also for general information. They have a lovely garden area, are in a leafy, chirpy area of Bromley with excellent transport links. The weekly menu looked delicious. When I walked around the home, I saw that the rooms looked well decorated. Good size rooms. No malodours during my walk around. Staff seemed friendly. All in all, a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend the home to anyone looking for a dementia or nursing home for their loved one.
