Absolutely love my visits to William and Mary and the lovely Natasha in particular. Relaxed, friendly, professional. I have so many compliments about my hair colour and cut, Natasha is a hair genius!!!

Thoroughly recommend William and Mary. Natasha has been my hairdresser for over 10 years, I followed her here from her previous salon. Over the years I have had many different styles and colours and Tash is so knowledgeable and has always offered honest and sound advice. 18 months ago I decided to embrace my natural grey. Over the course of a year, Tash cleverly blended my very dark dyed hair gradually lightening it to meet the new grey and it was such a smooth transition, I cannot praise her highly enough. Mary places alot of value in developing her staff and this means the team are all highly skilled and professional, not to mention such lovely people. Can highly recommend.

I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years as it is very near to me and I needed a hairdresser for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. From the outset, Natasha was so kind and understanding with my mum who asks the same questions over and over again! Natasha always makes my mum feel and look a million dollars and the atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming.In fact I was so impressed that I now am also a customer! Natasha always takes the time to sit and discuss options for my toner and I am thrilled with the results ! No more brassy hair, just a cool, sleek colour. I would highly recommend Natasha without hesitation.

It’s always such a treat to take time out of a busy schedule to visit the wonderful team at William and Mary. Natasha has been styling my hair for a few years now and I can not recommend her highly enough; truely talented and any request is never too much trouble.

I honestly couldn't have had a worse experience at this place.First of all the lady who was doing my hair, Natasha the director, was so extremely unprofessional! I say this because throughout my 3 hour appointment she was busy gossiping and making snide remarks about other clients and even other hairdressers. one comment particularly stuck with me as her and the other hairdresser were laughing that an ex client of theirs could no longer afford their ridiculous prices due to going through a divorce. Both stylists involved found this poor woman's situation hilarious. I'm extremely shocked that they would openly mock clients like this infront of other clients like me.Secondly, I hate my hair. I am embarrassed of the mess the director" made on my head. prior to my appointment I had been growing out my roots following a previous full scalp bleach. in my consolation with Natasha I explained I would like a full head of highlights to blend my naturally dark blonde roots in with my bleached hair. at the time she agreed and said she would pack in the highlights to achieve the blend I wanted. However

One very happy customer! I am over the moon with my new hairstyle. Mary is without doubt the only hairdresser that can cut my hair to perfection. She has done an amazing job of styling and lightening my hair. As someone who has had the same hairstyle for years ! I am so excited that I took Mary’s advice (which I asked for ) for me to go lighter but not too drastic. It’s fabulous. I have had so many compliments and I can blow dry it myself now because it is cut and shaped so well. The salon is very welcoming and I had a truly relaxing time. I really appreciate the efforts that have been taken to comply with Covid 19 safety & regulations. It is clear to see that the Clients needs & safety have come first. In these difficult times it is refreshing to be able to relax in a safe, friendly environment. A wonderful experience, lovely staff and overall excellent service all round. A lovely selection of products availability to buy too for yourself or a friend. I look forward to returning again soon .

I just wanted to say what a fabulous job Natasha did on my hair recently. (October 2020).Natasha has been my hairdresser for years, I’ve followed her here from a previous salon and I would not use anyone else. She copes wonderfully with my wild demands. Taking my hair from blonde highlights (which she manages to pack so many into my hair that it really lifts the colour) to the lovely vibrant red that I’m currently sporting for the autumn months.I have really thick hair and she always leaves it in a lovely nourished condition even though I change my colour a lot. I trust her judgement to manage my wants and needs against the general health of my hair which is why I won’t use anyone else.Also she always gives me an amazing cut, whether that is just a trim and thin or a restyle into a sharp bob where I’ve had 10 inches of hair cut off!Natasha is a talented hairdresser and always conscientious with the colours and cuts she carries out for me. We always talk through what I want, discuss how we’re going to achieve it and then how we’ll change it back as I’m a colour chameleon! She loves the challenge and she’s awesome at looking after me.See you again soon!! xxx

I have been visiting William and Mary’s for some time now- I usually have a whole head of highlights done by Mary and I have to say nobody has ever done such an amazing job as her ❤️ Having tried several places in the past I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!The whole salon feel is fantastic, all members of the team are attentive and extremely professional, you feel as tho you are a part of one big family and nothing is too much trouble.Dealing with the Covid restrictions for any business at this time is challenging but Mary and her team have it sorted with all precautions in place I felt safe and comfortable.If you want amazing service-amazing hair and to spend a couple of hours relaxing in a lovely environment William and Mary’s is the place to go!

I love this salon! The whole team are really professional and friendly, having my hair done is my treat time and wouldn’t want to spend it anywhere else.I followed Natasha to the salon when she moved and won’t let anyone else near my hair, I have regular highlights and cuts with her, my two daughters love coming to have their hair cut with Tash too.Thanks guys for a fabulous salon experience!
