Mona at Shepherd’s Bush was amazing! Really friendly and very honest. She explained to me the types of treatments they have available and the treatment (waxing) was pain free.The clinic is also very clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Danielle done my first time wax!She was so amazing and informative! She explained everything in detail and step by step and made me feel so comfortable! We had a great chat and at the end she even recommended me some things to do with my skin! I will definitely come back !

I’ve been going to simply clinics for a couple years now and I can’t recommend them enough! Especially everyone at the Shepherd’s Bush branch. Always clean and tidy in there with everything neatly where is suppose to be. I’ve been getting my wax with Danielle for a while now and she’s the best! Always makes me feel comfortable, gets everything done quickly and I always have great conversations with her!

My experience at Simply Clinics on Goldhawk Road was great. Mona was amazing, such attention to detail with the eyebrow threading, she made them symmetrical and shaped to fit my face structure, literally the best eyebrows I’ve ever had done. The Hollywood wax was also done really well, one of the most painless that I have had and again attention to detail with making sure she didn’t miss any hair. She was also really lovely and helpful answering my questions about laser hair removal and skincare

Danielle was so lovely, she’s so sweet and also gave me an amazing hollywood wax. I’m not going anywhere else now, cleanliness was immaculate, service is 10/10, even the lady that greeted me first was very lovely. And it’s very good energy there. Will be back soon!
