Microwave Service Company Ltd

In June 2022 MSC replaced the magnetron and another heating part in my AEG microwave for £124. Just over 10 months later, after very little use, the microwave packed up again. MSC looked at it and low and behold it needed another magnetron and to replace it they would charge me £122 because their work is only guaranteed for 6 months.I expressed my dissatisfaction at the poor quality of the parts that they must use, but they were adamant that it was just my bad luck and they were going to charge me the full cost of the repair. I feel that any business that cared even a little about customer service would have at the very least offered to replace the part at cost.

Welcomed on dropping off the microwave. Got back to me earlier than had been told I would be contacted. Completed the job earlier than projected time. Very professional. Great local service. Fully Recommended.

Brilliant service for the repair on my microwave, being a large combination Oven it would have been expensive to replace.The guys fixed the microwave checked over the oven and returned it to me like new.Loved the fact they will check your oven over and give you the costs of repair before you commit to having it done for just £10, this is then deducted from your repair costs if you go ahead.Once the fault is found they explain what is wrong in simple terms.Great service highly recommend.Tim

Cannot recommend them highly enough. Repaired our Neff built in microwave oven when we thought it going to be beyond economical repair. Very helpful and professional, and excellent rates.

Excellent Customer Service and repair. Even lent me a replacement microwave whilst my integrated microwave was repaired. Would have cost me 3 times as much to buy a replacement and more products to the landfill. Dropped off on the Monday morning, was told in the afternoon what was wrong and how much to replace. I then got a call on the Thursday morning to say it had been repaired and ready to collect. Over the moon! A+++

Cannot recommend MSC enough. Repaired our built-in microwave when nobody else could. Sourced the parts which nobody else could and knew exactly what the problem was through a telephone diagnosis. Took a month to get the part (which they told me from the offset) and they kept me informed and I didn’t have to chase them once. Arrived on time, fitted in minutes and now working perfectly. Friendly, professional and also very reasonable labour rates. No hesitation in recommending.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I had from the Microservice Service Company Ltd. From initial contact to collection of my repaired microwave the experience was highly professional. I paid a £10 deposit, waited for the diagnosis by phone and repair cost (which I considered very reasonable), gave permission to go ahead and picked up my machine a week later. A really reliable and trustworthy company serving the local community.

He is very knowledgeable and has vast amount of experience with microwaves.Well worth a visit, if you need a new microwave, yours need a service or repair. He's kept my microwave working way-past its replacement date
