Ice Nine

I walked in thinking I don't fit in here, but I was feeling sad and wanted some baggy trousers like I had years ago. The staff and other customers were so friendly and warm that my bad mood and nervousness lifted in seconds. No judgement, just kindness. I bought some beautiful trousers and came away feeling good. Thank you x

Excellent find! I came into Ice Nine with my partner when visiting Nottingham for a browse and we were greeted with friendly and attentive staff who ensured we were looked after and helped find exactly what we were looking for.We came in to look at the large variety of silver rings at Ice Nine and were served by the friendly Scarlett, she was efficient and helpful. Scarlett helped us to select a lovely rose quartz ring with ease.

Really nice shop - shame the woman on the till upstairs was so rude and unfriendly. made me feel bad for asking for help

Normally i love this store to go and get jewellery but today one of the staff was really rude and bang out of line.As me and a friend had been talking about our work experience as there had been a job opportunity that id asked about and shed been quite rude.Shed pulled aside after id spent money buying things from the shop to tell me sound travels etc and made me feel quite like sh’t if im honest.I wont be going to this shop again and wouldnt recommend doing so if they want to earwig on coversations then try and be rude to you before leaving the store.End of the day the coversation was between me and one my bestfriends who had also asked about the job.She was really out of order!

amazing place yes, but when i and my girlfriend walked in instantly a worker assumed we’d steal. we simply were walked around holding our crystals in plain sight in our hands. it made us feel so uncomfortable and terrible because we work for the money we wanted to spend in there. the worker made us feel so out of place and not welcomed.i assumed this was because of my girlfriends dressing senses, as a gothic presenting female, however i would think that she is the type of person to be in there.truthfully the behaviour was utterly disgusting towards 2 teenage girls simply looking around the shop in admiration but to be treated like we’re untrusted and theafs. we were quite literally being followed every inch of the shop to the point the worker was stood right infront of us while looking at rings, spoke about and stared at for overwhelmingly long periods of time.it is always the same woman to stare and follow and accuse. it’s simply unacceptable to treat every teenager and/or person who is clearly staying respectful and pulling a wallet out to purchase like this.i don’t rate the customer service at all, but the shop is a great place despite the steep prices and environment without workers so disrespectful.

Popped in here today while Christmas shopping and found some amazing bits, the lady that served us was so friendly and helpful and even gave us recommendations on other shops we might like nearby! My baggy trousers are also super comfy and a great fit! X

staff are overall nice but accused my friend of stealing even though she was quite clearly not, the item was in my hands and when she accused her she shouted across the room and never apologised and followed us around the shop. it’s understandable that they are weary of shoplifters but without an apology doesn’t seem reasonable. usually the staff are lovely but being accused of stealing even when your getting purse out is unacceptable.

A member of staff was kinda rude to us. They didn't bother the other customers near us. Just us.I used to frequent that place a lot but I won't bother next time.I was just looking for my favourite incense and they was acting like I was stealing. I wasn't even touching anything.I get the feeling it's because we were all goths, since non of the customers were watched and non of the other customers were goths. The other girls next us were literally doing the same as us and talking while looking around.
