Roots Of Tolos

I could write for hours about how transformational this retreat has been for me. The way that Bethan organised it was a perfect flow of release and growth. Taking part in daily meditation lead by Bethan and yoga lead by Suzy ( @suze_yoga ) has brought me back to my practice and has made me feel so grounded and confident in my practice. Bethans morning meditations were a perfect start to each day at the gorgeous House of Light centre. Suzy lead twice daily yoga sessions which helped us build our technique and confidence whilst still enjoying the peacefulness of the practice.We were also blessed to have Hilary from @trinitybreathwork lead us in an incredible breathwork session. I was expecting to fall into a deep meditative state during this session but instead experienced a transformative emotional release which has changed my self talk and the boundaries I am setting with other people.This retreat really has changed my life and the other women who took part helped create such a beautiful and powerful safe space for us all to journey through together. I will be forever grateful. I can't wait to take part in another @rootsoftolos retreat at the house of light and experience the lovingly prepared nutritious food and the sacred energy of the retreat centre.Thank you again to everyone who made this retreat happen xxx

The most magical experience for my mind, body and soul. I was blown away by the love and care put into this retreat….wild swimming, hiking, breath work, daily yoga, meditation and lots of laughter were all the perfect balance to begin my healing journey. The setting was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. Bethan, Suzy & Hilary were truly wonderful and took care of everyone’s needs with open arms. I arrived feeling disconnected from the world and left with new friends, a zest for life, an abundance of inspiration and happiness in my heartThank you xxx

Roots of Tolos is an amazing shop to visit and provides a great experience. It’s such a welcoming place to browse lovely, wholesome products and chat to like minded people. Definitely worth a visit in Skipton, and there’s space to have a seat with a brew you can get from the nearby cafes.Bethan is brilliant at running the retreat side of things too. She has a way of bringing groups together to have life changing experiences and build lasting memories. She is also really flexible with her retreat planning and is open to changing things up in the moment to meet the needs of the group. Her care and attention to detail is absolutely incredible. Would 100% recommend both the shop and retreats for anyone wanting to improve their overall wellbeing!

Just returned from a retreat in the Spanish Mountains. Tranquility, peace, yoga, meditation in abundance. I met an amazing group of women all looking for something. Bethan was able to bring us all together, help us to find something we were looking for . Can't recommend this enough.

Went in the shop in Holistic House to buy some wellness bits for Christmas and it was just lovely and had exactly what I was looking for (incense, plants and a wellness book). Great customer service too
