Absolutely appalling!We arranged to have our ground floor laminated by Gavin but his is just unprofessional. We asked to get the laminate installed under the shirting boards but he don't seem to be able to do this. The quality of the finish is horrible. Check out the photos.Con.. Avoid!

Excellent service throughout. Gavin and his friendly and professional team installed wooden flooring in all 3 of our bedrooms. They took pride in their work and completed it timeously and to a high standard. He arrived on time and at the end of the job tidied up and left no mess. We would not hesitate to use him in the future.

We spoke to Gavin about a week and a half ago, and as of yesterday we had more than a 100 metres squared of flooring fitted, and done very well. The wee extras like the beading, removing and replacing the skirting, flooring fitted into an awkward area under the stairs, and shaping the flooring in the fireplace were all done well. It’s a five star review also based on value and quality of service.

Gavin did a brilliant job of flooring 4 rooms in 2 days to a really high quality. He gave us great advice along the way on the products and finishes that would best suit our house and lifestyle so we could choose the right product. Really professional and easy to see he takes pride in his work, we would use again and recommend to others.

Over the past 13 years Gavin has replaced 6 of our floors in solid wood, laminate and engineered wood. Excellent service, extremely helpful and informative service from a conscientious, high standard craftsman. Our large Victorian house has benefitted from his quality workmanship. Gavin has laid a couple of floors for us and replaced skirting boards. On both occasions the quality of his work has been superb, well above our expectations. He demonstrates a high level of professionalism, explains how he will approach each task and discussed with us anything we might not have thought of. With the benefit of years of experience he was able to to give us plenty of advice on the materials that were going to be used and how they could be best deployed. Can't recommend him enough.

Gavin has fitted several laminate floors for us over the years and has always done an excellent and professional job. He replaced several boards for us in the kitchen after the floor was damaged and went out of his way to help. He takes great pride in his work and the quality of his workmanship definitely reflects this. Highly recommended!
