Assured Mobility

We have visited Assured Mobility in Bath over a number of years with my adult daughter. She has purchased a rollater in the past and has her current model serviced regularly by JJ as well as needing occasional adjustments to her wheelchair. Now at the shop on Hot Bath Street, Kevin continues to give excellent professional attention to her needs as well as maintaining great communication regarding availability/ordering parts etc.

Rented a mobility scooter to visit Bath recently. Kevin the Manager was so informative and helpful and the hire was so easy and professional and excellent value for money. Without this scooter we would not of seen hardly any of Bath it made our entire trip possible and for that we were truly thankful. Amazing service and staff and a HUGE credit to the city of Bath. Thank you so much.

Martin and Kevin were so kind and helpful and made my mother feel that nothing was too much trouble - even going so far as to make her a cup of tea while we waited

Kevin at ‘Assured Mobility’ in Bath near the Thermae Spa was so helpful, understanding & friendly. Being able to hire a mobility scooter for the day made a huge difference to our experience, as I had only very recently injured my knee & was unable to walk far. So both my husband (he’s mobile) & myself were able to do the Bath audio tour. Thank you so much, Kevin, for your time, understanding & patience!

My fiancé has mobility issues so always needs to hire a scooter when visiting cities to go and see the sites. So we came here as the shopmobility has closed in Bath, and the Bath council website stated this shop is the place to go. The service was wonderful, the man at the shop was really kind, and we received great service. If we come back to visit we will definitely call again.

Visited the Bath branch and Martin was extremely helpful with a scooter for my daughter to take On holiday. We didn’t feel at all rushed, he was very knowledge and kind, made my daughter feel very at ease.Thank you, we will be recommending assured mobility to others.

Just over 6 months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin & Martin. My Mother was recently bereaved. Life as she knew it had gone.Kevin and Martin listened to Mum. They then discussed, helped and advised on what they felt were the best pieces of equipment. Mum wasn’t sure and it took 2-3 visits before deciding. There was no pressure and each visit Kevin and Martin went through everything again. Martin took time to show Mum the range of walkers and mobility scooters and how each worked, folded/dismantled etc. He also took Mum on a ‘test drive’. Before buying the mobility scooter, Kevin took it to where Mum lived to make sure it could be driven up the very steep hills. I was shown how to dismantle/stow it into my boot.Exemplary, perfect and friendly service which I would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely no help what so ever more staff on the phone more interested in closing than doing the job they're paid for. An absolute shocking service. Would be -starts but had to but 1 to leave review.
