Prices have increased dramatically during the cost of living crisis. Staff are friendly and helpful. The fish and meat counters were good but sadly permanently discontinued due, it seems, to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Smart Shop and self-checkout can speed things up on a big shop. Large car park but difficult to find a space during busy times. Easy to over spend but bargains can also be had & Nectar app offers many personalized reductions. Sadly recent reorganization of the store has seen a number of products being dropped especially premium items such as French butter, and the selection of cheese has diminished significantly. Not immune to Brexit related shortages seen in recent months particularly tomatoes, cucumbers, vegetables and fruit. Egg shortages too, mostly due to bird flu (H5N1).

Expensive but a few nice quality things!Nectar card discounts, they have copied Tesco.Meat pies are really expensive!!Bread is lovely.

This seems to be a good store... at some times fresh veg has been a bit limited... but generally a satisfactory experience... helpful staff

This could be a really nice store if they just spend some money on developing it to it's full potential.Don't often use this one, very high prices, not enough cashiers. Don't like self service, I'm not staff and always have to have assistance because of aged restrictions products etc.

I found it rather confusing with the layout of the groceries. They don't seem to be organised by products and are grouped for tolerances or other reasons.I also noticed how high the prices have become in there - much cheaper products elsewhere.

Decent selection of goods for the size of the shop. I'm used to going to bigger supermarkets, so found the range of items quite a bit disappointing. Friendly staff, good location - near the main shopping area, close to many other shops. Lots and lots of car parking facilities - which is always a win.

Pretty standard as far as big sainsburys go. Fresh produce is usually of a good standard from here.The toilets aren't very clean, so I advise you to avoid them unless desperate.Had a few encounters with staff obviously trying to get the award for jobsworth of the year.Overall, most of them are polite and helpful, though.Doesn't tend to get too busy from what I've seen. Scan as you shop is available, which reduces queing time if you're using that.The tobacco counter has only ever got one member of staff, so I've occasionally encountered a long, slow queue there.So there are a few improvements needed, but generally satisfactory.

Store is generally good and I visit frequently. Awful customer service today (06/29) by the executive at the tobacco/lottery counter. Will need some training on providing a pleasant customer experience.

Absolute joke. Ordered a week's shopping, only for them to cancel at the very last minute. No explanation. This has left me without food for the coming week. Disgusting customer service.
