Not the greatest, poor stock control, always runs out of basic products like wood shavings, wood pellet cat litter etc. Plenty of stock that's not essential.

Not happy to be honest. Took my 15 yr old very placid dog today to have his nails clipped. Spent several minutes explaining to the member of staff that my dog has black nails and it is difficult to know how far the vein grows down the nail and that real care is to be taken in order not to damage the vein. ( this advice was given to me by our vet ) The staff member assured me she would be very careful and invited me to stay with my dog ( which I would have done invited or not) !During the course of clipping the nails the dog became agitated and jumped a couple of times.It was then that I noticed that the vein had been cut on two claws on seperate feet causing them to bleed.The staff member told me that it would be okay and applied some sort of cream which she informed me would stop the bleeding but that if I was worried I could bring my dog back. Needless to say I wont !

Your staff were incredible in helping us with what we thought might be a tick. We were on holiday and it was a Sunday so no vets open. The lady in the groom room and a bald chap from downstairs were so helpful. Amazing customer service! Thank you.

Over priced and surprisingly little choice. The pet shop on the cobbles is far superior.

We had our dog groomed. The staff were fantastic, engaging, i couldn't fault them, they were attentive and caring, they went above and beyond, for this I'd actually give them 5 stars.The cut however was not so great, which I'm really sad to post, because I really wanted to leave a fantastic review, I don't even recognise my dog. I won't be going back, which is extremely sad, because as I said the staff were totally amazing.

Outstanding service by a young lady. Found the right julius k9 dog harness for our cockapoo “Jasper”. She was super helpful and recommended some beaches for the dog. Didn’t get her name but she’s a credit to your store.
