I have purchased Ibiza club vape on the station, it was broken so I came back 5 mins later for replacement, I was offered one. I opened the new in shop to test it and it was also broken. I requested new one but I was accused for not been able to use it properly. So I pulled out an instruction, handed over to the cashier (the toller one) to read it. She wasn't able to read it properly so I helped her. After 10 mins going back and forward she said she will call the owner to ask if she can give me refund, then went back to trying to read instruction. No refund in the end. What a rude people are working there.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, accept a JustEat or Uber order from this place if you're a courier.Rode here to do an UberEats order, only to arrive and be told by the lady at the counter that she was busy filling out paperwork and had no time to collect the items for the order so she told me to cancel it through Uber (bear in mind that all 4 items on the order were within visible range of the counter she was stood at and would've took a total of 2 minutes to gather and bag up as it's a tiny store)I had to contact Uber support and make them aware of the situation, they tried contacting the lady themselves for 10 minutes but she wouldn't respond to them, my order finally got cancelled and I wasn't reimbursed.All of this could've been avoided if the lady had marked the place as being offline on her JustEat and UberEats devices, this would've prevented any orders coming through on her end while she was sorting out her paperwork, it would've took her seconds to do, and it would've avoided the time wastage of many couriers (including myself).Not only did she fail to do this, but she pretty much had to have consciously and physically pressed a button to accept the order, so at the end of the day she's making these problems for herself through her lazynessAnyways, after the order was cancelled, I went back into the store to kindly and politely ask if there's anything she could do on her end to prevent couriers being sent there while she's not doing orders, only for me to be interrupted a second in and be told I told you to cancel the order

Short changed by the woman behind the till. The till tells you how much change to give, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't a mistake.

I come to this station from time to time, it’s a lovely store the staff are always friendly and always helped when I didn’t know how to use the coffee machine when I’ve needed.Thank you so much I’d be happy too recommend this station

I usually visit this place at night it I can't get to sleep and want to get stuff like soft drinks or cigs. I don't own a car, therefore I can't judge on its performance on selling petrol.Some of the items on sale are good prices, but I wouldn't recommend going here for a deal, which is understandable as it's mainly for roadside convenience, not a supermarket. I especially would not get any phone equipment like charging cables or data cables unless you are in an extremely dire situation in where you need one asap for whatever purpose. I'd recommend going elsewhere for those, as all phone cables are built for there respective specification, therefore they are all the same. A £1 cable will act the same as a £20 cable.When it comes to service, I have no issues. The chap in there was nice and that's it. Only real issue so to speak was some mess from shelving items, as in the plastic and cardboard covers for the items, but I don't personally mind it so it doesn't effect my rating.

I went at this store on 17/12/20 early morningThat forecourt was not cleaning it’s was disgusting so many rubies on the forecourt and bin also full ; I took the snap i did update already on your website; BEST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT AND BEST WORSE BP

Came to this garage at 11pm last night and paid £19 for a cheap Russian bottle of vodka that cost £11 anywhere else came back two hours later at 1am and asked for the same bottle to be told it's now £24 absolute ripp off or the staff are pocketing the money discusting that these can get away with ripping people off

Visited between 1 and 2 pm on 24.12.2022 to fill up. A clear plastic bag (one that customers use to cover the fuel pump handle to prevent fuel/bacteria coming into contact with the hand) had been placed over the pumps.I presumed that this had been put in place by a previous customer in order to protect hands and continued to fill up.NO SIGNS SAYING DO NOT USE THE PUMP WERE IN PLACE.NO SPECIAL BAG TO INDICATE DO NO USE THE PUMP WAS IN PLACE.THE PUMP WORKED AS USUAL.I went to pay and the lady on the till proceeded to get extremely angry and abusive towards me. She was shouting and blaming me for using the pump as it was in her eyes 'clear' the pump was out of service. I tried to explain that I was sorry and didn't understand as there were no clear signs and she continued to be rude, condescending and shout in an aggressive confrontational manner. Her excuse was that she didn't have time to put up a proper sign. I felt she was directing all her frustration and anger towards me.I felt upset due to the extremely poor level of customer service I received. I would recommend, additional customer service training / anger management therapy for the lady working between 1-2pm solo on 24.12.2022 because she is ruining the reputation of the business and upsets customers.I do not look forward to having to revisit this BP and will avoid as a consequence.
