I’m very disappointed with salon. Book my facial in advance and for emergency reason had to cancel more than 24 hours before appointment. Have to pay half price of treatment which is almost £90. Never will returnWanted to add that previous appointment I had they had emergency and rescheduled and I didn’t complain that I had to change my plans

Shivani has been doing my nails for the last couple of years and since meeting her I have never gone to anyone else. She really takes her time and she is extremely talented. You can show her any inspiration and recreates it perfectly. The team have expanded and I have had the pleasure of rendering services from them all and they are insanely good at what they do. Great team, beautiful shop and really competitive prices for the quality. If you are considering swapping out and trying somewhere new, just trust me when I tell you once you visit this place, you will not need anywhere else.

*******UPDATE: They were able to book me in for an earlier appointment and I had my laser session with a good skin therapist as she was very well taking care of my needs and concerns and didnot rush(like previous session as I was in and out within 10min) .I am happy to continue with this new professional Amal who has been accommodating and giving me a second to relax after those painful shots and for the very first time ever, my laser session lasted for full time of 30 minutes. *******Their so called policy doesnot come into practice, when my appointment got delayed twice by more than 30mins on two occasions without notice to me.Today when I called that I need to reschedule my appointment as I won't be able to attend my appointment due to a family event, I was reminded of their policy and was asked to pay £60 even if I am unable to attend ,as I called within 24 hours of my appointment.***The policies are meant to be customer centred but not to stress out the customer.I would be definitely making this appointment the last one,once I am done today***

The staff are absolutely amazing, I couldn’t at all fault them, they were so friendly and so professional, I was made to feel so welcome. The standard of of the treatments I received were so high, Shivani’s attention to detail is amazing! And the therapist Chernice, made me feel so comfortable, Would definitely recommend to all!

I found Shivani on Instagram last year, during times she was allowed to open, she was able to offer me the best availability of appointments and her nail art work is to the most exquisite standard I’ve ever seen! I’ll never go anywhere else and thank Shivani for opening me up to new designs each and everytime. She was part of my journey for Summer Nails in 2020, Winter nails, Birthday nails, Spring nails and most importantly meeting my Dad after 30 years nails!! I feel so blessed to have found someone on my doorstep and can’t believe it’s been a year already :)
