Ordered our food on a Monday evening, firstly it took over an hour to get to us. The bottom of the bag we got it in was soaking and dripping with grease, the burger was nice but the chips were atrocious, cold,hard and lacked taste, will never get from here again.

Quite a busy shop very friendly staff from all who work in the place food is very nice as well especially the family hamper 's the chicken is delicious. And chips are lovely. There goujon meals with a drink and dip is also lovely x

How is this chippy still opened?! The worst chippy in town. I was greated by a woman behind the counter saying I'm never going to get out of here tonight! What do you want? Why I continued to order I don't know! I asked for a curry chipolata with peas onions and cheese. Got home there was no cheese, onions or peas on the order, the chips were half cooked and there was literally no taste off the food. Most of it went to the bin.

Spent over £43 on Friday 1/7. Totally inedible food. Chips were dry and stuck to the roof of your mouth. Batter was so hard we had to saw it with a steak knife, the fish inside was like shredded cardboard. We had to bin the lot. Has put me off fish and chips for life!To be fair about my complaint, I contacted Julie's privately. I was told the chips were blanched just before my order. They said there was nothing wrong with their fish and I was the only one to complain. In my opinion, that food was not freshly cooked and nothing will convince me otherwise. Four hungry people weren't all wrong!

Worse place to order from. I ordered a chipolata with peas and gravy and got a chip with sausages. When I rang to say thay said it was a miss communication but on the receipt it said chipolata peas and gravy. So they said they would send it out again but instead they sent a chipolata with cheers an gravy. Definitely won't order again from them.

Food is good. Though occasionally the chips are hit an miss. Same with the super sauce. Over all I'd recommend.

First time, & it’ll be the last time.Place looked appealing from outsideFriday night & not one other person in the shop.Ordered portion of chips,One of the worst chips I’ve ever had.Chips where tasteless & dry,Even with lashings of vinegar

Food is good but the service I received the night was so bad I won't be eating from here again.The delivery driver lightly knocked my door & nobody heard him, why didn't he knock louder or ring the bell? As my home had blinds closed light was off I was told the driver assumed nobody lived at the address as it was boarded up?? Anyways I rang back & I re ordered again.. After an hr I rang to see what was the situation & was told they didn't have any chicken on the bone left so they would have to send a replacement?? How were they going to do that without ringing me & asking me which nobody had any intention of doing.. Nearly 2 hrs of back & forth & no food, terrible customer service

I don’t no where to start ,first of all they don’t accept card only want cash in this day and age had to go at a local atm to get cash , Staff pays no attention at all to your order you place mixes it up had to repeat my order to her again, chips where tasteless, chicken was very sloppy low quality and another piece undercooked, curry was like water Definitely won’t be back !

I have never experience very terrible customer service like the one I experienced from a lady at the desk.She was rude,condescending and appears to care less about her job or how her customers were treated.She had asked me to leave the shop saying I had shouldered 3 customers while I was in the shop.Had no recollection of same and this was far from the truth.Even other customers present seemed appalled by her behaviour.I am totally sad by this ladys attitude.Totally unbelievable.I am still in shock.I only put in a star because I have no other choice.She was very very very rude,why she behaved in that manner is what I still can not comprehend.Wish them all the best.
