Why i need to give even one star to this poor company, promotion on Amazon and ebay from midnight, we spent an hour to browse and place order.And it just Cancelled all my order without any reason.Not only here, you successfully to created many detractors and i promised will keep sharing this for everyone.

I had already bought a pair of walking shoes from Trespass in Brighton. I went here to see whether they had any more bargains.The quality of their goods compared to Mountain Warehouse is so much better, and the prices are roughly on a par.I found a lovely pair of lightweight walking trainers for £19.99. The lady who served me was very good. Cheerful, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this time they had run out of my size, but I'll be back to try again in the near future.The store is fully accessible, and although a little narrow in places between displays, is easy to get around.My first choice for outdoor clothing and camping.

Very good and organised store. Got a great deal on a pair of running bottom I did not really need them. Put thier have been prefect especially now it was cold when I want to go out running. I would recommend Trespass sport to you. The shop offered has Iteams at very good price.

Need to update information on here, it says they close at 6.30 and in fact they shut at 5.30. When I got to the store, the managed to have a very brief chat with did not seem bothered at all the information was incorrect!

Always a quality bargain to be had. Very helpful staff to.

Good selection of stock.Limited to 7 people /households at a time due to the lack of space/small store and antiba2gel available at the entrance so felt as safe as it could be.Very helpful staff, although only one available /visible on a busy Saturday and then again on the Sunday visit.Easy returns and offer student discount.

The only reason I have left one star is because the shop looks so inviting.Today I was in your Staines Upon Thames store and wished to buy a fleece top. The item was priced at £51.99 with the rail clearly stating that there was an 'up to %70 stale' on. These signs were on show throughout the store. Approaching the counter to enquire the sale price, we encountered member of staff busy painting her nails (I kid you not). Dragging her away from this important store requirement, we were informed that the item was £59.99... When we asked as to what the sale price was the garment was available in all sizes and clearly marked 'Sale', we were told that the sale had finished but no signage or prices had been changed. It had even gone up in price from the original ticket price! Which totally baffled us. We left the store and proceeded to Decathlon, 50 yards along the mall where prices reflected what was on sale and without a whiff of nail polish to be found. Even the Elmsleigh website still says that the sale is on as of 16.20 Sunday, 2018. I think this store could do with a visit from the Area Manager and would love too hear an explanation for such a disappointing shopping experience.

Had big sale on, had look round and bought some lovely trainers for me and some sandals for my husband! The lady in shop was very helpful getting trainers right size as well!

I brought a jacket and wore it for 4 days before it started falling apart, when I went to the store to exchange the lady manager was very rude and said that she has never seen this happen before so she won't be able to exchange, and that there is a policy that she has to send the jacket off to head office for testing which will take 10 weeks or she said just keep the jacket as it is. When I challenged the policy and to show it on paper she called the security and they escorted me out of the store, afterwards the security guards apologisd to me and said that the manager is alway do this to customers if they ask for refund or exchange. I have never in my life felt so humiliated. I was a regular customer to trespass after this experience I will never step foot in trespass again. Very substandard customer service.
