Following a recommendation from a friend an initial meeting was set up. Ian was very pleasant and explained in detail the process involved. My wife passed away suddenly and that meant that matters had to change quite dramatically. However, Ian worked through the paperwork and explained the process and workied with me to ensure that my wishes would be honoured. Ian initially provided honest and well informed feedback on the pitfalls of our previous very dated wills. He took time to fully understand our situation and wishes, then talked us through more secure tax efficient options utilising wills and trusts. He even persuaded us that yes we really should get married after all these years!
