Colin was very rude and shouldn't be working in a customer facing role. He seemed angry that he had to serve a paying customer. Avoid this branch.

Came in this afternoon and had 2 keys cut by Gaz. Fantastic fast service. Unfortunately left my bankcard behind And Gaz managed to contact me through Facebook to report theCard found and I asked him to cut it up.What a fantastic customer service. Well done Gaz

I called to get some engraving done on a small plate which fixes to a trophy. Colin was able to order and supply the correct new plate with a black face but silver coloured below so that the engravings show up clearly. It needed to match the existing plate. True to his word, Colin ordered the new plates, did the engraving and posted the two plates to me by recorded delivery. It's no exaggeration to say that Colin went the extra mile! Fantastic service and workmanship. Thank you!

I had an issue with a saab car key. Local key specialists wouldn't work with it or say it would take weeks to sort out, but at Timpson's I got it repaired in half an hour at a reasonable price.

Have been waiting on keys cut for 3 weeks. Not a standard key, took my money and was initially told they would need to order it in and it would be ready in a couple of days and they would call when ready. No call received so my aunt went in to check. Was advised that the keys had arrived but they didn't have the correct tool to cut them. When we queried why they didn't order this at the same time, he simply said well I didn't know
