I purchased a lovely 14 inch kids Ridgeback bike and am very pleased that I did.I had previously bought a brand new kids bike from a large retail company but that bike was far too heavy for my child to manage and had completely put him off using pedals. I knew I needed a better quality, lighter bike but couldn't afford the price of another brand new bike so decided to look for a 2nd hand option.The price of this bike was very fair and for the quality product I received I am absolutely delighted. It is in excellent condition. The shiny frame looks almost new and the bike goes perfectly - brakes, chain, tyres and pedals are all in great condition - clearly all parts are checked before being sent. Adults may notice tiny marks but as far as my son is concerned this is his brand new bike. The result is a very happy 5 year old who was riding his 'proper bike with no stabilisers' within minutes.Delivery was fast, just a few days, and the bike was well packaged. Also when I contacted the seller I received a very quick response.I will recommend this company to friends and will be back when we are ready for our next bike.

Unexpectedly, my pedal came off and I discovered that the pedal inlet for the left crank arm had become cross threaded.For a great price, he kindly and efficiently fixed the bike. I was riding a bike that felt like brand new in less than 10mins. Very friendly and excellent customer service.I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your help.

Built up a shocking pink Specialized Hardrock for me for child lugging duties and just getting out and about on. Loved the retro looks and it regularly gets commented on when out and about. Very knowledgeable and experienced in building and maintaining bikes.

Graham is cool mechanic and awesome man to talk. You need to visit his Instagram if U are cycling crazy fan. My pit stop for fixing gears was fast and now i am enjoying bike rides. Will return to fix my wife's bike. Thanks Mate Great!!!!

I handed my bike in after going to Halfords who are a complete rip-off. Phoned Graham and he responded right away, in three days he did a lot of work on my bike and when I rode it back home it was better than new. exceptional service and highly, highly recommend.
