I would give this surgery 0 star if i could, almost imposible to get an apointment. Trying to get appointment is impossible. Work as carer can't be calling again and again but can't even book appointment. Call at 8.30 but when you.call your No1 caller but no one answer the phone for over good 10minutes. We have calls to attend too

Devastating experience. 3 weeks ago booked me for a scan with nurse. Previous day afternoon I got a text message to confirm if I am attending the appointment which I did. On arrival in morning for appointment, I am told that nurse is on holiday and I have reduced book. When I tried to book next appointment the earliest I can get is 3 weeks away. So no fault of mine ,I have to wait for their normal booking space which is 3 weeks. This is so ridiculous.

I would give this surgery 0 star if i could, almost imposible to get an apointment. A representation of everything wrong with the NHS. The staff are helpfull and nurses great but not enough Doctors and the ones that are there do not care. Avoid if at all possible.

Very poor practice, impossible to get an appointment, rude receptionist, the doctor doesn't want to come close to you to see what the problem is, my child had a rash and the doctor didn't want to come near him to assess the spots and was guessing what could be wrong with him from 2m distance, an absolute joke!!!!

Don't even care about patients at all never any appointments only phone calls witch I had to wait 2 weeks for he talked over me and then put the phone down on me half way thro my sentence causing my already fragile mental state to get worse as I hadn't actually got round to speaking to him about why ide made the appointment. How he is still allowed to practice is beyond me he has a 96% negative rating on witch is normally at other surgerys in the county around 2%. Makes my sick to my stomach when I know I have an appointment coming up

This centre is an absolute joke, when you phone you cant get through and when you do they say there fully booked . One thing is certain it's a waste of time me and my wife may try to see someone from one year to the next but when you need it it's no can do . May as well close it down

Absolutely disgusting. Loads of issues, waiting on operation nearly 3 years ,no follow up given. Got wrong medication, was recently inform been over dosing for 2 years. As doctors at the hospitals have picked up the problems and on top of everything, had a phone back from him for him to put the phone down on me half way through the conversation. He just dont care about his patients.

I've been on the phone for over an hour today trying to get through so I can book a blood test. According to the message they play I was 4th in the queue, but it never changed in the hour. I gave up in the end. Its a joke, I can't visit in person as its all locked up so I will attempt again tomorrow. Previous experience was not good, getting a blood test was extremely difficult, as the receptionist needs to ask a nurse or a doctor. I need regular blood tests for a medical problem. This needs sorting, dentists are back open now so why aren't doctors?

I went with my daughter to this surgery today. She had to wait over two weeks for the appointment. When we arrived the waiting area was completely empty. What I dont understand is if there's no appointments why were there no patients in the waiting area.

Absolute joke of a doctors I've never known anything so ridiculous, my 6 year old son has developed a lump which I've told them and I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks now everytime I'm told there is non and they dont know when they will be any. What is the point of even opening? Always empty yet never any appointments, would give 0stars if I could, also the receptionist is the most unhelpful rude woman I've ever met.
