XL tree specialists removed a large fallen plum tree, which had collapsed from my garden into my neighbours, covering the width of their lawn.They dealt with the job efficiently & professionally. And were careful with the disposal of the tree, as it had to be carried through the kitchen & garage to shred and place in their truck. They covered the necessary kitchen walls with protective plastic as well as the floor to ensure there were no marks or damage.An excellent job XL very much appreciated.Regards Diana

Having contacted various tree surgeons about overgrown trees in my garden and front of the house, I was impressed by the professional demeanour from Simon and Harry when they attended to give me a quote - that I gave them the job.I was not disappointed - they were very professional and thorough in the advice they gave around maintenance of the conifer trees, trimming the multiple trees in the garden and felling some of the trees at the back and front. They went over and above and also addressed the tops of some shrubs that were not part of the original work - showing great flexibility.Disappointingly, some of their tools were stolen on one of the days, which was a blow and set the work back a couple of days, but they showed real resilience by getting other tools to get the job completed to my satisfaction, and did a proper clean up (which unfortunately not all tradespeople do).A very professional job, and I would recommend their work/service. Well done!

The work entailed pollarding field maples in the corners of my property hence overhanging neighbours. The process from quotation through to clearing up was done in a professional, friendly and polite manner even though the weather was horrid. I would definitely employ them again and recommend them.

Communication with Simon from start to finish was excellent - the work was completed yesterday (18/2) his two guys arrived early which was a bonus - completed the job in a timely manner and left the garden, driveway and the road - spotless. Thank you
