Waited 35 minutes for my order. Burger was cold and the fries were far too salty. Definitely won't be going back.At least the staff were polite.

Potatoes solid and crunchy unable to get fork into the potato only managed to eat the toppings (like when you have cooked reheated then microwaved and they go solid) chicken burger components very unappetizing as pic - Paid the extra for direct delivery - called and spoke to site and told all fresh unable to sort had to go through deliveroo for refund - now got to cook damn

Very tasty food. I had the Dave's Double Combo, which was a double burger with salad, cheese pickles and sauce with fries and drink. I added bacon to the burger and upgraded the fries to the Baconator Fries (cheese sauce and bacon loaded fries). The burger was great - very tasty patties and the cheese, bacon, salad, pickles and sauce were all balanced well. The Baconator fries were superb. Nice and crisp on the outside and soft in the middle, but the cheesy sauce and bacon topping was really, really good. The bacon is cooked so well - nice and crispy but not burnt, just right. That was the same with the rashers of bacon in the burger. It was very busy and took a while to get the food. I didnt see this as a problem though - the place has just opened up only a few days ago and there has been a lot of hype so good marketing on Wendy's behalf. We went at lunchtime so was always going to be busy anyway. Staff were friendly despite clearly under pressure. In terms of cost, it is more than the usual fast food outlets and comparable with Five Guys. It is however a clear step up from McD and BK.Very good.

Me and my son treated ourselves for a take away Wendy's. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. When we ate out food the chips were really nice but im afraid the burger was just too greasy. I had a double cheese burger, the first taste was nice bug I soon realised my hands and packaging were soaked in grease. Sorry it was too much for me and won't go back. Also £10 for a burger chips and can of drink is also a bit much for me.

'Orrible! Having eaten many times at Wendy's in London in the 80's, I was curious. Food was dry and the portions meagre. The service from the pregnant lady behind the counter was appalling. I asked a question about the drinks machine ...... she had clearly lost £50 and found a £1. Other staff we hidden in the back. Never again, best left in the past.

Not bad for a quick burger, but oh, the price and service let's it down.1 meal and 1 burger £20....The restaurant was cold, one kiosk was broken.Once ordered, the food didn't take long. However, the staff member asked me if the order was right? All staff looked miserable and sad, which is always disappointing. She forgot to add on 3 sauce sachets of mayo at a cost to me of 30p each. The loaded fries were tasty, and the crispy bacon bits were tasty. The double cheese burger was good, but the bun was cold to the touch. The ice machine didn't work, luckily the drinks were cold. The crispy chicken burger was nothing special, but it was crispy. So don't be fooled by the Wendy's hype, it's in-between McDonald's and 5 guys.

Fair price and staffs are nice as well. They have good vegetarian options so that we had great time without trouble choosing what to eat with friends have dietary restrictions. Fulfil my childhood nostalgia as well.

I ordered a large Baconator combo which came to 11 pounds. Quite pricey. However, the food was served to me within 30 seconds of ordering which impressed me. I went to get my drink but most of the options had run out of syrup, so I explained to the lady at the counter and she gave me a can of coke as a substitute. This was OK, but it’s not the same amount I’d get from a cup, and part of what you pay for is the choice. The food was nice - chips are like five guys and you get a decent amount. Ketchup is free and plentiful at the pump station, although charging for other dips is very tight considering the price is high already. The burger was nice a patties are just like McDonalds but bigger, and the bun was nice. However, a bit dry inside. Needs more cheese, sauce and perhaps some onions/pickles. There’s an option to add, but again - I’m paying 11 quid for processed fast food (not fresh like five guys) so I shouldn’t have to pay for something which should be there. Not much bacon either considering the name.Overall I’d come again, to try the rest of the menu - but after that I’ll probably just go to McDonald’s, save some money and have an overall better experience.UPDATE: Tried again with family. Ordered cheese fries and the amount of cheese given is POOR. Less than a teaspoon of grated cheese, literally. Considering you have to pay extra for this it is a piss take. Burgers desperately need more cheese in them - but again - they expect you to pay more for the bare minimum you should be getting anyway.Food and service overall is good, but pricey and very tight.

Yum. I think I'm I trouble as I now HAVE to visit America if this is the kind of food they serve as fast food... That and taco bell.. this place was clean and tidy, food served quickly, the only issue was the full fat coke syrup was empty and not refilled while we were there. I did mention it to them and they said they were doing it. But alas no coke for me other drinks were available but I don't like the taste of any of the sugar free ones.

Just went for the ‘Frosty’! Wendy’s version of a McFlurry. It’s halfway between a milkshake and ice cream. Really good.Didn’t have the anything else, but the restaurant is clean and people seemed to be enjoying their food which looked good. It’s located right in the middle of the Maidstone high street so you can’t miss it.
