Amazing store, honestly! However, the queue was way too long! If your going here, make sure you have plenty of time to wait in queue (it took 20-30 minutes for us to go inside)

We must visit this store and buy some sweets whenever we are in London. It's always interesting. An extremely large range of chocolate candies and other products from this company. It's worth coming.

The m&m shop is huge, over 4 stories tall it full of chocolate, clothes, household stuff like cushions, mugs, cups. But the main thing here is the chocolate.Be prepared to spend a lot, as it's quite expensive for what you get, unless you are strict with yourself you will overfill the bags or pick a bigger cup and then you will have more chocolate (or skittles) than you can eat.We did have to queue to get in but it was mere minutes and the staff taped the lids to stop my chocolate escaping.Worth a visit.

Should have went here long time ago. It's funny how its our first time in this store while were always at leceister square.This store is massive and smells really nice, you can smell chocolate everywhere! Everything was just so cute and you'll be tempted to buy a lot!There were 4 floors I think and there are just so many items to choose from.On this visit, we bought a plate, chocolates and a dispenser.It was just an amazing experience to mix and pick your m&ms but honestly it was super expensive.1 bag that we bought was £20+++Will definitely go back but will buy less of the chocolates.Forgot to mention that it was chaos here as there were lots of people, there was a wait before you can go inside but not more than 5 minutes.

Para mim antes era a fantástica loja m&ms que sempre que vou a Londres gosto de passar e comprar algumas coisas. Mas sinceramente achei a loja nesta ultima visita mais vazia e com muita repetição de artigos. Fiquei um pouco desiludida, mas enfim... A sensação que dá é de uma loja grande com produtos repetidos espalhados e poderiam colocar artigos mais atrativos e com expositores lindos. Acaba por não chamar tantaba atenção e vender menos . Na minha opinião se fizessem uma melhor decoração e pessoas para interagir com os clientes , pessoas felizes , alegres que faz com que tenhamos vontade de gastar mais dinheiro com determinados objectos.

It's amazing my first time in London is a big city fantastic all part deserve take a good photo. I started there only 3 day but pass very fast London don't stop tourist and more tourist. Just get careful with your all thighs and end enjoy your trip.

Who knew M&M had such a massive fan base!This store is huge, spanning 3 floors! With plenty of merchandise variety, some Pj's to pencil cases, there's something for everyone, let alone the greatest chocolate wall, filled with colours and fillings!There's lots of photo opportunities for both adults and children.

A wide variety of M&M chocolates to try! Probably the largest M&M merchandises and chocolates selections you can get in London! Bought M&M theme playings cards and tried their signature Salted Caramel flavour. It was not too crowded when we arrived at evening.

Very entertaining place to go, smells delicious, and whether you are a fan or not, you will enjoy this place. Some spaces look a bit empty, but it is because M&m is very crowded and busy most of the time, especially Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays. Take into account this if you visit the shop at weekends, because you might find very long queues. There are many products to choose from. From the iconic little m&m's sold by grams to very nice souvenirs, dispensers, toy, clothing, etc. Come and take a picture with one of the most iconic sweets in the most iconic scenes in London ❤️
