Store is meant to open at 5am and that is not the case. Came here for electricity in an emergency as had none all night due to a technical error with our provider. House alarm ringing waking all neighbours conveniently at 5am! So this could have been our lifeline but they do not keep to open times.

Think I've just met the most miserable person I've ever been served by in a coop , little old lady with no manners no hello no thank you absolutely no verble communication except the amount to pay, as for this particular store its very small and limited than most co ops shops I've used and very very expensive as well , obviously taking advantage of the elderly and people who can't travel , very disappointed and won't shop there again

Cars parking on footpath is dangerous and blocks view of cars at the top of littlrwoods. More consideration is required. ☹

Their is always nice staff their but today their was a little lady with glasses could have said good afternoon all she said was 5.04 p no thank or goodbye if she could be polite it would be nice

Went for a few much needed items this evening, the store says open until 10pm on the door, I went about 9pm and the had been locked and a member of staff refused to open the door. I'm trying to avoid your busiest times

Not terrible, but could do with a refurb. Coop down the road in Crabbs Cross feels a lot more up to date and has more products.

The most rude staff ever. On 3 different occasions. Think we all know the 2 members of staff. I certainly won’t go there again.
