After driving my old Fiesta for 15 years, I went in trepidation to view a 2010 Ford Fiesta at Tom Poole Cars. My old Fiesta was written off and the thought of looking for and purchasing another car by myself was very daunting. What a friendly helpful person Tom is. I loved the look of the car but as it was the only one I had been to see Tom advised me not to rush to pay a deposit but to go home and think about it. I returned the same afternoon and Tom took me for a test drive. I then paid the deposit and Tom delivered the car a few days later, beautifully clean inside and out and fully serviced and MOT'd. He sorted out the tax for me. I have now had the car for 2 months and there have been no problems . I love it. I will not hesitate to recommend Tom Poole Cars. Thankyou Tom.

Bought a lovely Seat Ibiza from Tom for a great price. No issues with it so far and seems in excellent condition. Tom was very helpful, friendly and genuine during the whole process.

But after discussions with Tom on the phone you soon realise he’s someone you can trust.Very honest, puts warranty on the cars for peace of mind, cars come gleaming.My son is delighted with his new car.Tom isn’t the type who’ll put up with tyre kickers, people who want to say other cars are cheaper elsewhere, he’s straight with you from the off.

We knew we wanted to buy a new (to us) car under £6,000 and rather than looking at specific cars, we started to research the Dealer first as we have had bad experiences with dodgy dealers in the past. It appeared that Tom Poole had the best reviews in the area so then started to check out his cars for a month or so until the right one came along for us.We contacted Tom when we saw a great car and we were actually away on holiday at the time. We asked him what *wasn't* in the advert, i.e. what are the negatives about the car. What we loved is that Tom was really honest about the car and told us that for a small deposit we could secure it until we came home. So we did just that.Turns out the car was even better than we hoped and dealing with Tom was the opposite to dealing with your average Car Dealer. He cares about what he is selling and his after sales service has been incredible (I once owned a new 'premium brand' Range Rover and their dealer network could learn a thing or two from Tom! The whole process with him is premium from start to finish.So if like us, you are nervous of who you buy a second-hand car from, then Tom should be your first port of call.This is a really positive review so I feel a duty to tell you... We didn't know Tom until we bought this car. We have no obligation from Tom to review what he does. This is just one of those unusual experiences where we have got a great service, a great product at a really good price.Hope this helps you buy a great car too!

Bought a little automatic Fiat 500 from Tom Poole for my daughter as her first car. We couldn't be happier. We've had a couple of issues, which is to be expected with cars older than 3 year now a days, but Tom had no hesitation to sorting them for us. Tom is a fair and honest and a pleasure to deal with. If you're after a 2nd hand car from a reliable person then Tom Poole is the man to go and see.

I bought a used car from Tom last month after seeing an advert online. After reading good reviews about Tom, I called him to enquire about a test drive and he was as friendly as the reviews had claimed, even offering directions when he discovered I wasn't from the area. On arrival to test drive, the car was immaculate, looking even better than the photos advertised online and Tom offered a background about the previous owner without being asked which was reassuring. There was no hard sell and after deciding to buy, Tom had the car ready for me within days. On collection, it smelt beautiful (not something that can be said for all used cars!) and was perfectly clean inside and out. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from Tom again, even with the distance I had to travel to test drive! I bought my first car from Tom a few months ago. I just popped in last minute and he let me view the car and was very helpful but not pushy at all. Didn’t take long for me to fall in love with it, it was in great condition. He was super friendly and trust worthy. Tom even went out his way to sort any minor imperfections before collection.
