Prestige Composite Doors

Just had my windows and doors done,what a company beautiful,the 2 fitters was hard workers went above and beyond, very nice lads,would recommend this company ,brilliant

Lovely sales team and fitters. Had a new door and replacement window glass done. Had a problem with one of the windows, however it was death with swiftly and with good communication. Very happy with the results.

Prestige was really helpful polite and professional from the rep to the surveyor and fitters it was really good experience from start to finish if I need anymore work done iwill be using prestige again

Just got home from work to find my new composite door fitted by prestige, absolutely fantastic from start to finish my wife is absolutely over the moon with the quality of the door and professionalism of the staff, would highly recommend!!! Thankyou we will be using you again for sure!! A++

The only good thing about this company is the lovely sales lady that came out at the start. The owners/staff in the office did nothing but lie, gave us a date for the install and then cancelled 10pm the night before. They cancelled on us 4 times, if they arranged to visit they were either late or didn't turn up at all. The fitters doing the windows take all protective film off frames BEFORE they install this has left us with scratched & scuffed frames. The kitchen window they sent wasn't right the surveyor had messed the measurements up so we refused to have that fit. The manager tried bribing us to accept it.The velux window we had done in the bathroom is absolutely diabolical there's chips, dents and scratches all over the frame. It's not even fit right, they haven't put any of the insulation around that needed to go on. They have damaged all of the plasterboard in the ceiling and behind the beam and they've also done damage to the roof. The manager shouted and swore at us.Despite reporting all of these issues to the company they are now ignoring our phone calls, emails and messages.proPERLA we had this applied we were told that the pointing that needed repairing would be done properly before the proPERLA was applied, he only did the pointing that was visible and this was done very badly. He missed so much out on the side of the house so the coating won't work as it should. We are still waiting 5 weeks on for them to come and finish the pointing.We also signed up to have solar panels installed we paid £150 for a surveyor to come out to inspect properly before it went ahead. They told us one had been out but when the fitters came out they couldn't do anything because they had been given the wrong information on the roof and the parts they brought were not right for the type of slates we have on our roof. We have asked for a copy of the surveyors report of the roof but they can't/won't provide one.

Just had my windows and doors replaced and I could not be happier.The quality is excellent and the whole process from start to finish has been effortless.The two fitters were extremely good and very hard working. Arrived on time and left no mess or caused any damage. I cannot thank them enough. Will definately be recommending to everyone.
