Webb's Garden and Ground Maintenance

An incredibly disappointing experience. When i first hired Mike he seemed reliable and consistent. However he began to let me down, first of all he did not show up when he said he was going to. He then ignored my texts wondering where he was and asking whether he was still going to come. And after months of not hearing from him I reached out to him again and still received no response. I didnt know if i was supposed to look for another gardener or whether i would hear from him. Everytime i tried to call his number i got his answerphone. I tried to reach out on Facebook to resolve the issue, he read the message and still did not respond. Im writing this 2 weeks later. Overall I had a incredibly unprofessional and unreliable experience and do not recommend his services.

No response to enquiry - disappointing

very happy with the service as my garden has been a bomb site for years and needed alot of work! The Man was very knowledgable about plants. turf, plants and compost all locally sourced. will use again!
