Extremley poor. Can rarely get an emergency appointment. They tell you to call early morning but cant get through at all. Line cuts off .

Rubbish surgery ever... appointment was at this medical centre for child when went there staff said it’s in hospital we don’t have anyone here and the appointment is in hospital not here when I got the notification for this same address so why don’t u close this place??? Rude and disrespectful staff no manners at all... don’t even deserve 1 star

I went there yesterday morning for My personal medical summary and I asked the the reception staff but the lady was so unhelpful.she has no manners after that I went Liverpool road, so there service so nice and very helpful staff ,so Whipperley ring surgery service is extremely poor and very bad.

impossible to contact. phone message says they are receiving the highest possible number of call even though they are not open. general contact reply says use the webchat but that is not obvious on the webpage. i am really going to find a way to complain to the NHS about this practise.
