Service is quick and efficient, the engineer friendly and help who explains everything clearly. My boiler was due for service but ahgd developed a leak, he idnetified the cause, bought a couple of parts nad fixed it almost immediately. Nice, honest, local people who are efficient. I will keep using them

Ben is fast efficient and extremely helpful when it comes to information and answering questions. He is tidy, polite and friendly. They always remember to make contact each year for regular servicing of the boiler. I can’t fault this company!

Our boiler had an issue with keeping hot water going for showers etc, had been trying to resolve with Worcester Bosch with no joy, rang Coastal Heating on the Tuesday, Ben came out on the Thursday discovered what the issue was and ordered the parts after confirming price. Had a phone call Friday morning (the next day!) parts in and could fit that morning. Excellent speedy friendly service. Lady in the office very friendly and helpful too.Cant fault absolutely brilliant service 5*
