Absolutely amazing service!We went along to have a look at travel systems with no idea what we really wanted except something that was light and easy to fold and store. The staff were incredible finding exactly what we were looking for.After the items were all ordered we went back a few weeks later with everything built, rubbish disposed of, and the car seat fitted for us. Any concerns at any time and they’re more than happy to sort them directly for you.Lovely experience from a wonderful independent retailer from start to finish.

Really friendly and helpful. Purchased a pram bundle & then went back to get a car seat and full demonstrations were shown and they were so knowledgable on all their products! 100% recommend Whites Farm Baby Barn for all your baby bits - they give you a real personal experience than a lot of bigger shops.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re able to travel and are looking for staff with knowledge of the products they’re selling. No amount of questions was too many, and that includes after we left when we decided to pester the store with emails. Great range of stock on show with some, if not most travel systems available to take home on the day. Prices are competitive, so don’t assume because it’s independently owned that their prices are higher. Would definitely revisit if needing pretty much anything baby related or just fancied a browse because it’s closer than my nearest Mama’s and Papa’s and there isn’t much they don’t have in their barn that an M&P’s would.

Amazing help over numerous visits to the barn and were able to answer all questions in detail. Bought a pram and car seat. Being able to try them out before buying was really reassuring, the help with the car seat set up definitely went above and beyond normal service elsewhere. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Outstanding service, top quality products, great prices and lovely, helpful people.I bought a pram from there almost a year ago, we had an issue with the front wheels which I sent across all the info to their email. Sara took care of all the communication with the supplier and arranged an entire replacement of my pram whilst keeping me well informed. When we arrived she had built it all up ready for us to put straight in the car.I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you so much! Such a lovely independent business

Sara and the team are so knowledgeable - we popped in one afternoon to choose our pram, and whilst they were very busy Sara stayed (past close) to answer all our questions and impart her excellent advice - the knowledge of all prams and Car seats and the practicality and nuances of each far surpassed that of the ‘experts’ in John Lewis. We felt well informed for our big purchase and absolutely LOVE the pram as does our 11wk old - anyone who sees the pram is impressed with its aesthetics, and those who push the pram are instantly impressed with how easy and smooth it is. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again

Small shop hidden in the Essex countryside. Good selection and range of baby products considering the size. Worth a visit. Good advice and helpful with pram questions, negative is staff sat on phone a lot and could of done better with customer service.

I’m lucky enough to be relatively local to Whites Farm Baby barn and bought pretty much everything with my first baby from there in 2019, now with my 2nd pregnancy there is no where else I would think to go to get all the essentials. It’s truly a more personal experience, the ladies that work there have always been so friendly, welcoming and happy to take the time with you! There’s certainly something to be said for shopping/ supporting local and I would and have recommended this lovely shop to anyone I know expecting xxx

Amazing baby shop and outstanding service. We booked an appointment for the shop to look at our first ever baby pram so my wife and I had a lot of questions and the team couldn't have been more helpful, they let us try all the prams that we liked in the boot of our car and made some brilliant suggestions. When we came to place our order they were outstanding and everything has been such a wonderful experience. If you live near by and want to support a fantastic local business I couldn't suggest these more! Thank you so much, Sarah and Sarah!

Whites Farm Baby Barn
Great staff and very friendly. Helped us choose a maxi cosi car seat with isofix base, showed us how to fit it all, how tight to do the harness up on our newborn. Great experience.
