Your dsrk chocolate mint sticks are literally rubbish. Thank goodness I didn’t give them as a gift. Dreadful packaging in plastic tray from which it is impossible to remove the chocolates without breaking them. In any case why the half sticks?

On 19th of December 2022 I bought a box of walkers chocolates (Red box) from Carrefour supermarket in Kenya as a Christmas present for my wife. We kept them in a cool place to enjoy after Christmas. However, on opening them this afternoon, we could not believe what we were seeing. Over half the chocolates were missing and the rest that were left (about a third or even less) were scattered and splattered in ugly pieces. We are very disappointed as we don't know what to do with them. We do not believe they're fit for consumption. The chocolates were completely sealed before opening , and that's why we were shocked to see so many empty holders in the box.If they had melted we would have seen some remnants, but this wasn't the case. I have proof of photos to support this statement.I contacted Carrefour stores in Nairobi and the customer care department said they cannot help as the product return window of 14 days passed. I am at a loss and had I known that this situation happens, I would never have bothered to purchase your chocolates.I am turning to you because I believe there's still hope in solving this as your company is responsible for selling products as advertised. Please could you let us know how we can get a refund or a replacement ?Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Used to work here with an agency called Farley and Jones. All i can say is disgusting and rubbish place to work. Aint a happy place or work environment. In other words id just call it paid slaveryLoud environment. but mostly its the really long shifts of 12 hours with little breaks. The place is run by the superviors who are all rude and grumpy whol shout at you as if your lesser than them. It important to put your foot down and earn your respect and know your worth.Met a few good friends here, most left sadlyNo drinks allowed wgich is disspao8nting imo. Not even a bottle of water and theres a designated water areaBut forget that. Its crowded and unsafe. Theres 2 floors. Normally we work upstairs which is extrmeley loud. very very stressful place. Not worth joiningAnother thing is payment. These guys/agceny will literally cause you issues with PAYMENT and WONT pay you on time. My first payday came 5 week late !! after doing my shift where i was going to make a legal case. after i kept coming to themThis place needs to be investigated by work inspectors for they way there treat workers as well as payment issue. Its a.done bad place. Thank God i leftHowever youl make a few good friends here

Worst chocolate I have tasted unfortunately, got two different boxes of walkers chocolate for Christmas, very sweet but unpleasant taste for me. On the box they are in date, but don't taste it, they have a lighter coating on like the milk has started to separate. Disappointing

Utterly disgusting and vile chocolate. They are having a laugh calling it chocolate. It is really horrible, cheap, nasty, putrid stuff. I would not even give me worst enemy this stuff to eat. And to round it off the clowns can not even count! There were supposed to be 20 items in the box but it only had 14. Actually that was a blessing as I had less to put in the bin. I will never buy this awful stuff masquerading as chocolate ever again. It is sold cheap in the shops for a reason. I cannot believe this vile stuff is made in my home city of Birmingham. An utter disgrace to the rich heritage of quality manufacturing in Birmingham.

I purchased a tin of Walkers Turkish Delight Thins, I am very disappointed with the product. There were very few chocolates compared to the size of the tin - but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic packaging - (see photo). I have shared my views and photo on social media in the hope no one else is ripped off like I was. Not happy Mr Walker.
