My whole life has been focused on animals. I've had a lot of experience with vets over the years in many parts of the country. I also worked for two very good vets when I left school but this is the very best veterinary practice I have ever come across. Victor and his team are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. You can tell that Victor is in it for his love of animals and for no other reason, as are his team. He will go that extra mile for you and your pet. From the minute you walk through the door you know that you're in safe hands. I would give them 10 stars if I could! My two dogs love him.

Don't take your animals here please I had my dog go here and she was diagnosed with a urine infection she has antibiotics which after the course the vet said had cleared up However she was still struggling with her urinating and was occasionally still get blood in her wee he said that this was because she was getting an inflamed bladder when she got stressed causing the blood but this didn't explain the constant urinating so then I just assumed that because the infection was bad its just left her with a weak bladder but me and my partner was very concerned and we asked the vet to do a scan on her in which he refused and said there was no need ive now recently moved down Lincolnshire way and she seemed to be urinating even more than usual with us thinking it was just weak bladder after this vet said there was nothing to worry about she had another infection so antibiotics was given again but made no change so she was taken in again today vet felt her bladder and was very concerned and she's had to stay in for emergency scan and ive just been told she has 3 very large bladder stones so clearly this vet failed to do his job when he told me the infection was cleared and I had nothing to worry about it was just an inflamed bladder causing her to wee more often. The vets also lost one of the samples we took in.I'd also like to add that whenever our dogs squeaked with anxiety and nervousness he would stand there and take the micky out of the way they sounded, rather than comfort them.Whilst we were also receiving information pertaining to our dog the vet allowed a random young girl (whom we believe to be a relative of his) to walk into the examination room and listen in, meaning the whole waiting room could also listen in, this was completely unprofessional!The surgery out back looked completely unhygienic as well.Please do NOT trust this vet with your beloved pets, as we are now paying the price for doing so ourselves...

Victor and his team have been amazing. Alan in particular is totally incident prone and he is a regular visitor. Ted can be nervous and agitated at the vet but Victor just gets him in and out a speedily as possible to minimise distress. This is the best vet I have ever had. Patient and kind. An obvious animal lover. He is also incredibly reasonable in his pricing and doesn’t look for problems that can be resolved by time.

To the poster of the ridiculous review of a fabulous vet (as per almost every other review) - who hides behind anonymity with just the letter M - no vet anywhere (or doctor) can be 100% accurate with every single diagnosis. Victor always goes the extra mile for all his clients. This has made him so popular in town that sadly, at least for now, he is unable to accept new clients but for those of us lucky enough to be registered with him, I can say he always serves us and our animals to the absolute best of his human ability. Ask little Flossie who sadly was hit by a car and broke her leg. Xx Thank you Victor

Rang up enquire for my kitten to get neutered and got in the same day, staff were amazing and friendly and i waited 15 minutes + waited until he was awake and was able to take him home to rest in his safe space. Thank you so much for your hard work and care guys! 100000% recommend.

I don’t own a pet, but find myself having to collect my friends cat on one occasion and booking him on another. Each occasion the service has been slick, knowledgeable and professional. The occasion I made the appointment I gave my friends surname, straight away the ‘girl’ on the reception desk recognised her name. Good old fashioned service. The cat himself was looked after with his treatment. What he really thinks we’ll never know!

The only place I’d ever trust! Hard working and exceptionally skilled and caring professionals. Thank you for your devotion!

Lovely independent vets, really helpful with flexibility when we needed a late appointment with short notice. Priced very competitively.

Took my two dogs for innoculations as my vet had no vets. Very impressed lovely sugery and approx £50 cheaper same vaccine. My older dog needs a dental which he now booked in for yes approx £400 cheaper. The vet was so good even with my nervous larger dog and no other dogs in sugery 1 to 1 attention many thanks

Absolute joke of a vets. My concerned other half went in today in regards to a lump on our dog. The vet refused service and would not take a look at a picture for reference. Appauling. These people claim to care for animals as well, the hypocrisy is unreal.
