I had what night have been a tricky extraction done by Mr Patel. He was so kind and careful, explained everything fully and I honestly didn't feel anything except for a few seconds during the injections. First rate service!

Hi,I'm absolutely delighted with the highly professional service that I received at the Carlton Dental service in Arnold Nottingham.They squeezed me in for treatment prior to my upcoming heart operation and phoned me to say they can see me 30 mins sooner than my appointment if I was available.The lady and gentleman that delt with my treatment explained what they was going to do and put me at ease the whole time my treatment was carried out.I was given clean clear verbal and written after care instruction to follow and my recovery time was swift.5 stars ***** and A+++++ service from 2 of the staff members that provided my treatment.Thank you for your super service and care.Bill Cannon. I was referred to Carlton Dental Care by my dentist when I needed a wisdom tooth removed. Booking process was straightforward and dealt with by a friendly member of staff. They were also happy to work around my work schedule to find me an appointment which best suited me. I was nervous about the appointment but the staff were so friendly and the actual extraction itself was done really quickly, I really didn’t have anything to worry about! I was given lots of information with regards to after care as well.

Desperately needed wisdom tooth out after months of agony. Originally opted for sedation as was very nervous but ended up having local anaesthetic without sedation as was not coping with intense pain and couldn't wait for appointment. Dentist and assistant/nurse were amazing! I was emotional and extremely nervous. They calmed me down, talked me through the procedure and, although it took a while, successfully removed my demon tooth. Forever thankful.

This Dental Practice does its best to cater for all patients, doing their best under the current pressure of the service. Staff are always polite and helpful, calm and respectful. Patients are updated on patients potential treatment. Appropriate language needs to be used when in consultation with patients on sensitive dental procedures. Reassurance is key, in order to keep the patient comfortable and secure in the hands of the dentist. Over all personally, a good service.

Really happy with my bonding from Jayani, I have had loads of compliments! I initially booked on to her open day which was amazing and gave me all the information I needed to have the confidence to book the bonding and haven’t looked back. She was so friendly and kind throughout and I’m really glad I had them done.
