Tactical Airsoft Shop

Went today to buy my first rifle and pistol, i asked a lot of questions and they were very welcoming and always happy to answer everything no matter how silly or basic it may seem. They give good advice in terms of looking after your equipment or a good gun to recomend for reliability or ease of useGuns at a decent price and really nice staff, plan to return and buy my future guns and equipment from thereStaff were lovely even when was there after opening hours 10/10 would dent my wallet again

I went in to look for some items to which were listed on their website, I went in store to find a very naive and disrespectful staff behind the counter. They did not look like they cared nor did they offer any help. I asked to view a GBB pistol as I went in initially to buy it and I got told I wasn’t allowed to physically look at the item (his reply was….”you can see it from there can’t you”DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE IT IS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. In all the years I’ve been to different airsoft shops this is one of the worst.Definitely not a way to treat a customer. Absolutely horrendous

I went for an increase in FPS. Service was fantastic. Friendly team down there. New spring installed and cost was a lot less than originally thought as only a few things needed to be changed. Very refreshing to see as they could have ripped me off with lots of extras that I didn't need. But instead they were very helpful and it was done fairly quickly. No hard sell just advice and good service. Will definitely use again!

“WARNING”… check all warranty time in writing before, any purchase! “T&C’s…2 weeks is their normal time. “So buyer beware”! Or go to a reputable company!!!!

Just got back into airsoft. Been going to their site which is amazing. However, just been into their shop for some advice and hopefully to buy some bits from them. Only to be greeted by a young member of staff, which she did not want to help at all. Went in there with a very simple question only to for them to answer with I don’t know. General help and customer service would have probably lead to a new sale.Has put me of tactical warfare all together now.

Came here last Monday to buy a new gun, prices are great. Service was amazing, very efficient and informative. Pete was fantastic, gave me great advice and was very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Went in with a problem with my MP5. Fuse related. I had no clue how to fix it; asked all my friends and marshals at a site I usually go to. Stopped off here and within 2 minutes it was fixed for a very kind price of a fiver. Really helpful and knowledgable and lots of items inside the well laid out store. I will be returning here for sure. Oh and they also have their own airsoft site 5 minutes away. The full package for what you want from an airsoft store. Highly recommend and I will be going back to them in the future.

Brought my M4 here for a service and a new spring which was done in a few days. Took it to my next game and wasn't allowed to use it as it chrono'd at 365. Pretty frustrating that I couldn't use it over something that should have been checked before the shop finished the service.I returned it and it was told the issue had been resolved by the tech. At my next game it chrono'd under 350 but was making a very strange noise when it was fired. The staff at the site advised me not to use it as something was obviously broken internally. At this point I had absolutely zero confidence in taking it back to Tactical Airsoft so sent it to another company.They advised me the new spring had been cut down and some teeth had been removed from the piston which was the reason for the strange noise when fired. So I had to pay another company for a new service as well as another new spring, new piston and steel bushings.I called Tactical Airsoft to tell them about this and ask for a refund given nature of the work they carried out which they refused. They also denied their tech would ever cut down a spring, we'll have to disagree on this given how my gun performed after the second service and what the other company told me after their service. In fairness they said if I had returned it to them for a third time they would have fixed it free of charge but I just wanted the gun fixed and had no faith in their workmanship at this point.This was my first experience of using the Tactical Airsoft shop and it will definitely be my last!

I found this shop and its staff, especially Zoe, very helpful. I've come in to get different bits over the last two months, everything from a new riffle to upgrade components. All staff have given solid advice or pointed me in the direction of someone who would could advise. Will definitely be going back.
