Very tasty tapas (the best) and courteous service, however the wait staff do tend to vanish once your first order has been taken, and some ignore you when you try to catch their attention. We also waited 15 mins for 2 cappuccinos to arrive (the place was half full). The staff are lovely, just impossible to find when you need them.

What a nice surprise! No words… everything, literally everything was perfect. The service, the atmosphere, the staff and the food? Unbelievably good! As Portuguese I’m very used to these foods and I can tell they are legit!Those churros in the end … such a masterpiece:)

Good location, great food - but only 3 stars because of my experience on the day.Dined here solo for lunch shortly after 12pm on a Thursday. The venue was slowly getting busier and I had pick of where to sit so the server showed me to what she said was the ‘best table in the house’ with a view of the restaurant. However, this table was next to the cutlery station.Now, call me old fashioned, but I expect essential tasks like cutlery washing/sorting to be done before a venue opens for the day. It’s one of the noisiest tasks you can do. Unfortunately for me, there was a lot of cutlery sorting to do and the incessant noise was unbearable - after patiently waiting for it to stop, and it didn’t after 15 minutes, I moved tables to the furthest away possible with as many audio dampening obstructions in between. It was better but the noise still just didn’t stop (if Google allowed videos I’d share and you could listen for yourself!)The food was very nice and the lunch offer was good value. Had the above not happened or had it stopped for a while I would’ve rated higher.Put your customers first - I may be the only one who spoke up about the noise but you had 15 covers in at the time and I guarantee others were annoyed by it too.

It was a very enjoyable visit at Fino. There were 3 of us and each one of us said the menu was great, the food served was fresh, tasty and presented well. David, who was our server that evening, was super friendly and chatty. We are vegetarian and must say there was plenty of choice on the menu for us. The place itself is very nice with a good decor and super pleasant vibe. I would definitely recommend and I hope to go back there and try other dishes very soon!

Had an afternoon Tipsy Tapas for our wedding anniversary. 6 dishes and 2 hours trying prosecco, cocktails and beer. Was a bit dubious it would be hard to get served being as it was all you could drink in the 2 hrs. How wrong, our waitress Becky was excellent and not once did we have an empty glass. She even explained what was in the cocktails and showed us the bottles and alcohol volume. Great service and Definitely was tipsy walking home ☺️

The food was lovely when we eventually got to order it. Water was served but didn't offer drinks. Sat 10 to 15 minutes before drink order was taken. Only one other party of 2 that were served before us. We waited ages to pay the bill. So tempted to walk out without paying because nobody seamed to care. 5 Of us ate at £50 per head so a little bit more service would have been appreciated.

Food was good, the waiter with the dark hair and beard was actually very rude. Spoke to my friend so condescendingly, after she asked for an extra plate he exclaimed in an incredibly patronising way that we only actually recommend 3 plates per person" which I understand yes may be a recommendation

Astonishing value lunchtime tapas. We ordered 3 each for £12 a head (plus some small supplements on some dishes) and it was way too much food for us. Everything was excellent except the roast sardines which were a bit skinny and dry. A really nice room they've just moved into (hopefully those panels will get a second coat of paint soon :). Very quiet lunchtime but it should be very atmospheric on a busy evening session.
