I have put 1 star because it won’t let me put Zero. The 1/2 burger I ordered was cooked on a dirty old George Foreman and had a horrible taste to it. The mixed German donner my mate ordered was absolutely shocking. The German pitta or whatever they use there could have put someone’s window through quite easily. You needed a chain saw to get through it. They don’t have a food hygiene rating posted anywhere at all and the staff are absolutely clueless as to what they are doing other than selling elf bars to kids

Finally a restaurant that's as much good as GDK. To be honest Gallego's kebab has more meat compared to some other kebab places I triedDefinitely this would be my choice of takeout place if I fancy a kebab or chicken wings in future

Awful awful place. New shop so gave some leeway, first order had missing food. Second time the chicken wings were like charcoal, this time our whole meal was charcoaled, couldn’t even eat It the chicken was so dry. I had a chicken wing in my wrap so nearly chipped my tooth when I took a bite into this. Service is just terrible. Staff generally have no idea what there doing. Took 45 minutes for a collection of 2 basic meals. Will not be using again.

Disgusting food oversalted and overcooked doner meat, bread for the kebab was hard as a rock. Their chicken pieces and wings weren't much better- most were still raw/undercooked & unedible. Massive waste of money, the kebab shop next door is miles better

Ordered 14 party bucket waited over 30mins for it then got given a chicken fillet burger cut into 8 n tried passing off as fillets, the chicken was thrown into the box straight from fryer meaning by time we got it home it was all soggy .3 people came in while we was waiting with simple orders they were still there when we left they had not even started their orders.Seems very laid back no sense of urgency and as for health and safety no proper shoes worn, no gloves worn while handling food.While cutting the kebab meat we were hit with flying bits standing by the counter no apology or anything, the meat was then put on a pizza tray and put through the oven for some reasonSafe to say will not be returning.

Only been once before 4 a burger and very nice. Went in tonight and ordered a chicken & Donna kebab and chips. Paid, waited 15-20min to then get told I can have my money back as the guy that makes them has just refused to make my food! The man on till was very apologetic. I was waiting outside and had said nothing to prevent this, another customer was absolutely in shock with what she just heard me being told. I had my money returns and then I recommend that they get a replacement chief as this is just madness.

It is one of the best chicken places I have ever been in UK. I went on a business trip to Rochester with my friends, and have had a look around for a nice place to eat. As we were quite new to the area, we randomly chose this place. We have ordered Peri Peri chicken, spicy pizza and some starters. We had to wait for only 30 minutes, as we were told at the beginning. My friends could not wait to get back to the office, as the food smelled great. The Peri Peri chicken was finger-licking good, and the pizza was delicious. If I have a chance to go back to Rochester in future, I will choose this place to eat again.
