Great service, affordable realistic prices and good knowledge. Was recommended from RAC and was not let down. They got my car seen quite quickly and they kept me up to date with the vehicle with what was happening. Would definitely recommend.

The mechanic that came out to my property was very friendly and knowledgeable, as was the owner. When I visited their workshop it was busy with people working on quite a few cars, so I'm glad they were able to squeeze me in on short notice.

They were able to fit me in quickly for a new fuel pump and catalytic converter when others locally weren't. I had another unrelated issue a few weeks later and they resolved that quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Took on a tricky engine fix for my Touareg V6 that multiple garages were unable to cope with. Communicated all aspects of the job as they were happening and had transparent and fair pricing. Cannot recommend enough.

Was offered a quote after my car had been looked at. At the time, a friendof the family offered to do it at a cheaper rate.Out of courtesy I informed them I won’t be using their services anyway.They asked what was the reasoning and I simply explained it would be a cheaper rate of a few hundred so made perfect sense to save some money and go with the friend of the family.After I had made them aware,I received a very aggressive and unprofessional text message, questioning my motive for going with someone else. They said that because I said I’ve got a new job,earning a bit more money does a few hundred really matter so what’s the real reason for me not accepting their quote. It felt like an attack and a interrogation just because I wanted to save money and go somewhere else.It made me feel very uncomfortable and wearer of mechanics as I had used them in the past and they were fantastic but obviously not this time.If someone doesn’t want to accept the quote and job, then allow them to move on and don’t try pressure tactics to try and get a sale.Just a really weird way to operate a business and would 100% not recommend to anyone after this experience.

So these guys were absolutely brilliant. I called up, they instantly told me they wanted to diagnose the issue again, and they fixed the issue while also (I'm pretty sure) putting a bit of screen wash into my under appreciated car. I also left about £5 in change which was still there when I got the car back, and they didn't hesitate to tell me about a job a previous mechanic had done and why it wasn't good enough.Honestly, if you're in the area, don't hesitate to use these guys. They're fantastic.

When something is done well it should be acknowledged. I had a past excellent experience with Autoremedy so went back. I required a minor repair, I took the vehicle in for a quick, accurate assessment and the next day, despite much activity in a palpably successful concern, the job was done. No fuss, fair price, no delay.

Brilliant service. Helpful, friendly, tell you as it is. The only surprise is the invoice - it's such good value! I have flipped from a main dealer and will not be going back to the dealer now.

Very friendly and helpful. Needed a headlight unit replacement and the parts were difficult to find. Other garages only provided me dealer quotes which were excessive and had a long wait time. Autoremedy however actively searched for other sources and found a better deal. They were constantly in touch and completely transparent about prices. Ended up getting the replacement and also completed an MOT through them.One minor point to note is that the car did get a little dirty after the repair and MOT. Their parking is in the open air, and on muddy ground that had become a little slushy due to the rain, so probably not much that could be done, but it's a possible improvement area.Great service overall. Will likely use again.
