Good customer service, not many items on sale. I Bought three trainers, didn't get any discount. The usual range of trainers as should be expected from any JD sports stores.

Very bad customer service,especially the lady on the tills,been arrogant and not willing to help!most of them chatting and ignoring customers!went to collect order and made wait 15-20 min

King of trainers.Good choices of shoes and trainers.Great track tops and bottoms.Kids shoes aswell

Terrible service... I went on a monday (not a bank holiday) during the day and it wasnt even that busy but I was waiting ages for my shoes... only to be brought the wrong size!! The lady reassured me that they have my correct size so I then waited again for ages with no one coming. One of the members of staff (I believe he might have been a more senior staff member) came to check up on me as he saw how ridiculously long I was waiting. He went to check what was happening, only to tell me that they dont actually have my size but they have a bigger size if I want to try?! Absolute shambles, spent the best part of an hour waiting around in that store. Luckily there is another JD in the high street which served me quickly and actually had my size...will not be going back to the treaty centre store again for my shoes

MINUS STARS, DO NOT SHOP HERE, SAVE YOURSELF!I recently had the misfortune of dealing with JD Sports in Hounslow, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences of my life. The level of incompetence, disregard for customers, and overall disrespectful behavior I encountered was beyond belief.First and foremost, let's talk about the abysmal handling of my order. I waited for days on end, expecting my package to arrive, only to be repeatedly told that it hadn't been delivered. The audacity of the staff to claim such nonsense, despite the undeniable photographic evidence showing their own employees in the background with my package, is mind-boggling. It is clear that their staff lacks basic communication skills and a sense of accountability.But the nightmare doesn't end there. When my 8-month pregnant wife went to the store to collect the order, she was made to wait for hours. Imagine the stress and discomfort she experienced, all because JD Sports couldn't get their act together. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to tell her that the order had not been delivered, even though it was right there in their possession. This level of blatant dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction is absolutely appalling.What truly takes this whole ordeal to new depths is the behavior of the manager. Instead of acknowledging the mistakes made by her staff and taking responsibility, she resorted to making every excuse under the sun to justify her rude behavior. A good manager should be a problem solver, not a master of excuses and deflecting blame. Her unprofessionalism and lack of empathy towards customers is absolutely unacceptable.JD Sports in Hounslow has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and respect towards its customers. The entire experience was marred by constant delays, misinformation, and outright lies. It is clear that their staff is clueless, their manager is incompetent, and their customer service is non-existent.I strongly advise anyone considering shopping at JD Sports in Hounslow to think twice. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and the disrespect. There are plenty of other reputable stores out there that value their customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. JD Sports in Hounslow has proven time and time again that they do not belong in that category.

JD has two stores on the high street oh Hounslow. The one inside the treaty center is the biggest and has more choice. JD has been supplying the latest and greatest branded street-style and sports fashion goods with many of exclusive products. Nike, Adidas, Fila, HA and many more.

Good store with variety of sport clothes and shoes. Some Staff attitude could improve though .

Worst shopping experience in this store. Staff more interested in chatting to each other than working. It was a chore to them to get a shoe for me which took 20 minutes from asking to receiving. Many other stores have much quicker and higher standards than this store. They need to try much harder to even be a good store!

They have good choice of clothes but the people working there is not nice and fitting room is still closed and nobody now why this is not first time I see many people from stuff walking with no reason but on the till is only 1 lady
