We went into Brian Cox, having tried another local estate agent previously, with the challenge of find a buyer for property within 10 days. They took on the challenge and succeeded in doing this with a day to spare. Throughout the selling process Abdi, Azi and Saif keep us updated, helped chase up the various solicitors and ultimately see the sale through to the end. Recently got my 2 bed flat advertised and on rent within a few days with Brian Cox. Jack led the entire process, helped out a ton with explaining everything and guiding me throughout the process. Paul was a great help as well ensuring I received documentation and I was aware of all fees etc.Great experience and would certainly use them again.

Being the only Estate Agents that answered their phone over the Christmas break they had my business. A choice I don't regret. Communication at every stage of the sale process and even a phone call from the office to say their representative was going to be 5 minutes late! Within hours of my first purchaser looking like they were going to pull out Azi Rahman of Brian Cox had already got another purchaser lined up and had already shown them round.I am incredibly pleased with the way you and your staff work.
