I got a quote for flooring and they wouldn't give me a break down of the cost. When I pushed for this they finally have me a separate price for the flooring and the fitting but their figures didn't add up. They were trying to charge for 20% wastage when others quoted for 10‰ and they also tried charging an extra 30% onto the fitting cost. When I queried this they became snappy and told me very bluntly that this was industry standard". Its not. I got the job done elsewhere for £1000 fitting instead of their £1300 and for only 10 % wastage."

Popped in to look at throws, and rugs for my mother. Lots to look at reasonably priced, nice selection, some really good quality rugs.I'll be back with my mother to purchase and update my review, very likely a 5*.You can park at Waitrose too.

Exceptional serviceI had Amtico flooring laid by Carpet Creations throughout the hall and kitchen and after a while it started lifting. It transpired that during a busy period when their usual fitters were fully booked over the Christmas period, they contracted a fitter that turned out to be inexperienced in laying the product. After several repairs, the owner suggested that that in the long term it would be better to replace the whole flooring without any cost to me.Instead of walking away they stuck by me and made sure that the problem was rectified. The service is truly exceptional.

Great shop and very helpful staff, samples can be taken home and had a home measure completed quickly. Much better service than other larger high street carpet shops and better quality carpet and prices as well.
