I have been coming to the salon for over 8 years. All girls working at Kleo are amazing, especially Giovanna, Elena, Tanja! The owner, Zoran is super nice and is very bubbly. The girls are very friendly and do their job to perfection always.I must say that the current receptionist, Anke, is just letting down Kleo. Customer service provided by her is the worst I’ve seen seen. There is zero interest in the clients, always rude and comes across as being very lazy. Very poor telephone manners. She will not bother to help when asking a question, the answer is immediately is a no. She does not listen to the question being asked. If you are the front office, you are the one representing the business. First impression is so important, especially in the industry where you are expecting repeated business. Please do bring Elena back, previous receptionist, she was fantastic!

What can I say…… Best beauty salon by far. Been a regular client for modern 10 years girls r amazing always bubbly friendly in good spirit . Their work is outstanding the salon is very well kept . Keep up the good work Kleo xxx

The team were all very welcoming and there was a lovely atmosphere. Tanya was very friendly and did a brilliant job on my friend’s manicure. She took her time and has excellent attention to detail. We’ll definitely be returning!

I have been a client of theirs for roughly 8 years, predominantly for my nails, but also waxing, lash treatments, spray tans, facials and a few other treats and every tech/beautician has delivered, there are simply not enough stars I can give Kleo in terms of treatments offered, care, attention to detail, atmosphere, value for money, the whole package! I always walk out feeling fresh, feminine and happy; super special thanks goes to Eleni, Giovanna, Monika, Yolanda, Tanya, Zoran (for always being in the mood to celebrate!). I genuinely would not go anywhere else, and now neither do many of my friends after years of recommendations! Thank you so much again all x

Eleni did my shellac manicure and it's been two weeks since she did it They still look amazing a wonderful job well done. Will definitely be coming back, thanks Eleni 5 stars.

My firm favourite - been coming for over 10 years! Wonderful talented staff, have had my nails and treatments done here. Defo highly recommend- book in advance - they get busy!

Booked nail appointment through treatwell in the morning for the same day.Unfortunately at 12pm i had to deal with something at work, dragged into numerous meetings with no chance of notifying the salon or cancelling the appointment. Had an awful day at work!Kleo of course called and left voicemail that i missed appointment. As soon as i am out of the meetings i called back, spoken to receptionist, apologising million times and explaining what happened, saying i had such a terrible day and asking if its a lost appointment or if i can please re-schedule.Receptionist said unfortunately due to the policy - it's a missed appointment. Well, dont think 24 hr cancellation policy would be relevant here as i booked the same day. But anyway, I don't like leaving poor reviews, however, here is my reason for doing so:They operate in a service industry, so end goal is a happy customer. Right? I checked on Treatwell if there were further appointments the same day - plenty of slots..In order to provide a great customer experience for existing or a new client they could have said something along the lines 'dont worry, we understand it, happens with everyone, and we can see you had a very difficult day, our salon wants to see happy customers, therefore, screw the policy, you never done this before, we will re-schedule for you FOC, here is the number of days we can make it work for you.'If they would have done - we would part with a 5 star review.After conversation with Kleo I felt even worse than on those meetings I had. A bad day and no nails done plus lost £30.I know I wasn't right in the situation, but Kleo could have handled the situation differently.

Thank you for the wonderful manicure. Manicure was relaxing and the shape of my nails looks great. Giovannamake sure every client is happy with her work, which is wonderful customer service.

Almost fell asleep as my eyebrow waxing experience was THAT relaxing. Thanks to the lovely aesthetician for her gentleness and professionalism. The result was amazing. Highly recommended x
