Delighted with the service from Gary. Called out to check the job in advance; very upfront in managing expectations of what we could expect in terms of the results; always punctual and an absolute pleasure to deal with.Job was carried out when he said, for the price he said and, if anything, results were better than he’d let us to believe they would be.Would happily use again and recommend.

This was the first time we have used Bright & Kind - they were brilliant, and we have already booked them again for next year. We had a very dirty fabric suite and a cream carpet cleaned - both look super clean and smell wonderfully fresh. Gary and his workmate were professional and friendly, they made no mess at all and did not leave either the suite or carpet soaking wet. We have used a few upholstery/carpet cleaners over the years and Bright & Kind are the best by far.

The guys have been doing our sofa for a couple of years now. We have 2 kids, a cat and a dog and I'm always shocked how well it comes up! Professional and friendly service it's a joy chat to them while they're working. Highly recommend them!

Great service! After getting a new puppy, our down stairs carpet and stairways were very much in need of some help. The service was quick and very thorough. The floors are now spotless! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding again! Previously had our sofa cleaned and a few pet stains. Had our carpets cleaned today and completely stain and odour free. Just what we need with our busy household. Very professional and friendly and superb price! Already getting booked in for the next clean!
