Is a lovely pub with a nice garden and friendly helpful staff. There were loads of kids there (40th bday) and plenty of space for them to run around. It was perfect for our 40th gathering. Amazing walls of flowers too. Gave me lots of ideas...

I recently visited with my partner for a Sunday roast. We were blown away by the stunning interior & cosy outdoor area. The bar staff and waitress service was fantastic and the food was out of this world, one of the best roasts we’ve had! Everything was cooked to perfection, and presented so nicely. I also highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie - we left feeling full and content. The atmosphere was welcoming and music vibe great too. Will definitely be visiting again!

Had an amazing Sunday roast here with friends. Our waitress Fiona was exceptional, attentive and professional and made us feel so welcome.. And nothing was too much to ask of her.. We left with full bellies and good memories. Will definitely be back very soon..Lovely homely place. Great food, fair selection of drinks and amazing puddings.. Apple & Rhubarb crumble was perfect..

Beautiful pub, good beer, I'm sure food is great if u get it. However our visit here was absolutely hideous.We came to private party tonight with a toddler at 3pm. We're told no food till 5pm. That's ok we saidAt 5pm we went to the bar with a hungry 4 year old, we were told 5 mins till food as the chef was busy making the buffet. Came back 5 mins later, told 10 mins till food was on. However at that point other people in the bar had been served hot food.Came back 10 mins later to be told 30 mins till hot food. When we questioned why the people in bar had hot food the bar staff told us in a rather rude way they had ordered earlier... Considering we asked about food at 3pm that made no sense.I felt we were very rudely treated and will never go back to this pub again.

Had the most beautifully cooked prawn curry and super tasty accompaniments. Good value for money and will definitely be back. Pop in and try the menu, you wont regret it x

Nice pub. Very friendly staff. Ok beer choice. Quite a bit of seating inside. A few chairs and tables out back. The food was very good. Simple but tasty.Bit of an older crowd but nice and relaxed. Good for a quite drink. Would definitely go back for another drink and maybe even food!

Booked a table here for Sunday lunch for 5 of us as it was Pride weekend and the pub is near to the park. Have to say the hosts made us incredibly welcome and the roast dinners were fab! Top marks for the amazing customer service and food! Would definitely visit again! Thanks!
