The Coaching Academy

I signed up to study for the Personal Performance Diploma with The Coaching Academy after months of procrastination as there seemed to be many training providers out there.I am so grateful I made the right choice!After my first module we were hit by Covid-19 but the Coaching Academy were swift to react and offered a fantastic alternative to the live training days.All the staff and trainers are first class and along with the community groups of like-minded students it is the most enjoyable experience.This course is changing my life and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two day foundation course and found it a valuable experience. The practical taster sessions into coaching were interesting and relevant. I could sense almost straight away how effective coaching could impact on the lives on others in so many positive and beneficial ways. It made me want to be a part of this and I confidently felt The Coaching Academy would be the best trainers to ensure I achieved my goal. I'm ready to begin my journey!

I trained with The Coaching Academy in 2015 and it provided me with a thorough and stable foundation from which my coaching business has steadily grown.Combining the skills and experience I learnt with The Coaching Academy, with my previous skills, knowledge and experience, I now coach both individuals and in businesses, run regular workshops, hold retreats and have published my first book, the next one is on its way!Can you coach without formal training? Yes, of course people do.Am I glad I got formal training? Yes - it made me a lot more aware of the differences of coaching/mentoring/consulting and the responsibilities, expectations & tools to use. It also gave me a lot more confidence in setting my prices, setting boundaries, outlining my professionalism & putting myself out there.Is the free two-day intro workshop a sales opportunity for them? Yes, obviously! It's also a good introduction to their work.Do I feel I got value for money for the course I chose to buy? Yes - definitely. I'd made my money back within a couple of months of qualifying and before I'd finished the course it gave me the confidence to put on my first public workshops.

Having recently attended the 2 day foundation course, I cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience. I really did have a fantastic couple of days learning from some truly inspirational and passionate coaches. I was truly blown away and have decided to sign up to one of the many diplomas they offer which I am absolutely excited about :)Being on this course also gave me the opportunity to meet some like minded people who are also on such great journey's themselves - in fact I have made some new friends along the way whom I know will do great things.My experience of their professionalism and passion did not stop there, from my call with one of their representatives to the on going support I am already getting... I would highly recommend taking yourself down to one of their weekend workshops. Whether you are actively interested in becoming a coach or not, you will most certainly learn some new life long skills and have a great weekend at the same time with some awesome people :)Thank you Coaching Academy, I am excited about the journey I am embarking on and cannot wait for the many opportunities and exciting times coming my way!Priya

I attended the free 2-day ‘Foundation in Life Coaching’ training in December 2016. The two days were simply life changing for me and after a business career of some 38 years, I decided to change my life and train to be a professional Coach with The Coaching Academy!I was so impressed on those two days by the quality of presenters, help on hand and the type of people who attended that I decided there and then, NO procrastination! At the beginning of 2017, I decided to “go for it” and undertake studying for The Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching. I was so excited at this new career direction and didn’t have a clue how things would go for me or how I was going to survive financially! I really didn’t let this stop me or dampen my enthusiasm, because I knew in my heart, that I’d made the right choice for me and my life. I have never regretted that decision and the experience of being with The Coaching Academy is as positive today as it was in 2016.When your course material arrives you are so excited and I have found the material so very informative and the Tutors absolutely brilliant! The Accelerator Days are excellent too and you learn so much and also meet some wonderful colleagues to share the journey with. The head office support team are also excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. The wealth of help, information and support on the website for students is invaluable. I know that I made the right choice!If anyone is considering becoming a professional Coach, then look no further than The Coaching Academy. Whether you decide to study full time or part time, the quality of materials and support is the same. I was so happy with everything that I also purchased the NLP Practitioner course this year - which is proving to be simply amazing!

Today I signed up to start my training to become a Lifecoach. For me personally my first choice was always going to be with the Coaching Academy. Back in October I attended a free 2 day training course in Oxford to get to grips with the basics before I made a commitment. I absolutely loved that weekend and knew within the first few hours that I had made the right decision. If you are thinking about joining the Coaching Academy then I highly recommend them and now can't wait to get studying and learning as I begin this next chapter of my life.

I have enrolled in the Personal Performance Coaching qualification at the TCA and I'm loving every single aspect of it. I decided to do this course as I wanted to improve my managerial skills as well and support others around me. The community is great and I have met people from all walks of life who share the same values: grow as an individual and empower others to grow too. One of the modules is DISC profile which I found fascinating as it helped to understand better myself and others. So, to improve even more my understanding of this subject I decided to do the 3 days DISC training which was amazing. The trainers, Dave and Kris were professional, dynamic, and very good at explaining the theory but also making us putting the knowledge into practicing by analyzing each other profiles. I'm very satisfied with my learning fro the DISC training and now I would like to run it at work with my team!  I am very excited about my journey and this is only the beginning!

Earlier this year I joined The Coaching Academy to do my diplomas in Life Coaching and Corporate Executive Coaching and I wanted to get into the course before sharing my experience with everyone. I now feel I can confidently say it is an inspirational and powerful learning journey. It’s had such a positive impact on me. I am loving the courses, training and support provided by The Coaching Academy. I still have a lot of learning to do but now I’m excited about the future possibilities of how I can use this learning to improve my life and the lives of anyone looking to make positive changes.

I loved the two day seminar. The trainers were wonderful, so relaxed and confident – we felt that we could do absolutely anything! I got a great deal out of both days and came away incredibly inspired. Even if you don't plan to train as a coach, it is a really interesting way to engage with yourself and your goals, as well as meet a lovely group of like-minded people. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Just signed up for a coaching diploma very excited.I found that the information provided by staff was accurate and informative. I attended the 2 day freeFoundation in Life coaching course in June 2018. I used the tips on that day to navigate me towards meeting my personal goal of wanting to be a self employed coach and how that could be achieved. I took my time and made an Inventory of my resources and made adjustments.I looked at my skills and passions.Encouraged by the bursary that is available there was no other obstacle to starting the training.I was able to enrol on the course today with great satisfaction.
