Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our biggest difficulty was finding the back entrance. From there on in service was brilliant. We have a new car key in a very short time. Can’t fault the excellent service and couldn’t recommend highly enough

I nipped in to get a few sets of keys cut. I was told by the man working there it would be about 20mins so I nipped to another shop in the meantime. I’d been gone about 15 mins. When I returned the man was on the phone, so I waited patiently in his eyeline. He continued his conversation for at lease 5 more minutes - talking about girls rugby - before serving me while still on the phone! Not great customer service.

Saved thousands of pounds on a used car that only had one key. Decided to be safe by buying a spare key; just in case! I was shocked at how much a new remote control car key was for a Hyundai. Timpsons in Sale was recommended to me. After reading their reviews on Google maps I decided that the price to be paid for a replacement car key was most agreeable. I booked myself in for 2 new keys. A posh remote control key plus an ordinary standard car key, both together cheaper than just one from anywhere else. No sooner had I popped a few doors down to Gregg's for a cuppa whilst I waited, my phone rang to say that the car and keys were ready to go. I have to say that the reviews about pricing and efficiency were spot on; easy five Star operation in Timpsons in Sale, Manchester.. The manager Jason, has turned a humble store in to 'The' place to go for replacement keys. Top job well done. The remote key I received was infact much better than the original and worked trouble-free. I have no hesitation in telling the entire used car market in recommending Timpsons.

Exceptional service by Jason at the Sale branch yesterday. We needed a new car key, he told us exactly where to park and guided us to the shopping area so we could use the time productively. He called when the car was ready, he had even tried a remote key in case the car already supported it, and the new key" was much cheaper than expected because he managed to upgrade the faulty one. Timpson Service + Timpson Ethics = the first port of call for any keys"

Wow. So happy with my boots!! I needed them resoled. They were extremely grubby too. I did say, please don’t clean them. Oh my!! They are amazing. AND he cleaned them for me. Thank you so much. Just perfect.
