Friendly staff and very helpful

Visited with a work vehicle that needed attention at both the service desk and body shop. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile, highly recommend both departments.

Had our MG ZS EV serviced here. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They serviced the car within the promised time scales. Was able to wait in the customer seating area and took advantage of their complementary coffees, which was nice. Will use again for the next service and hopefully we'll get the same great customer service again.

I originally left a glowing review of Drive Hyundai Hull in August 2023, which I am going to delete.Trying to get through to Service dept. is worse than trying to get through to a GP surgery! Gone completely downhill now since it changed from Minstergate. I have been promised a call back three times, I’ve sent emails and nobody has got back to me. I noted damage to my car after they repaired it, the service manager told me he will send me an email confirming that they will repair it free of charge. Still waiting for an email two weeks later and have tried contacting them five times.They lied about the repairs on my vehicle, saying that the part had been ordered and the repair will be completed within a couple of days. This went on for over two weeks. I finally went to collect the car and it was still faulty!My family have been dealing with this dealership for almost ten years but they’re as useless as the rest of the big car dealers now. The stress that all of this has caused has put us all off buying or servicing here again.
