Facial class- they did a facial scan and gave me all of the information. They selected products most beneficial for my skin based on the scan. Very helpful and informative. Allowed me to swap products in the bundle as I had previously purchased some. Overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

For the most part, I love Revival. I normally have great experiences and have had multiple treatments. My only negative experience would be my fillers, both by the owner and by a training aesthetician and students. For my first appt by the trainer/students, I waited an hour beyond my booked time. Then my treatment was rushed because of that. I also stated I wanted mid-cheek filler and not lateral cheek filler as I already have high cheek bones and volume loss more in the front of my face. They still did it laterally and I looked even more gaunt.At another filler appointment (for a top up), I was given the wrong information about pricing and for some reason was booked with the owner for the treatment when the admin knew I had been previously seen during a training session. She/non-trainers are much more expensive. She was also 30 minutes late, rather disheveled, put too much filler in some spots, and gave me no aftercare instructions. She also argued with me about the pricing, completely disbelieving me about what I was told. I get that I was given the wrong information, but I am not to blame. I didn't appreciate her implying I was lying. It makes no sense that coming there quite a few times before that I would lie, and to try to lie to the owner herself (!)Needless to say, I will not be going back for any filler treatments. I will continue to go for others, however, as I've had nothing but positive experiences with those.

I had two treatments of Lemon Bottle and had zero results and followed the aftercare perfectly. I basically threw £200 down the drain. No way of getting a refund, even though cost for the product doesn’t come close to £200. The facility isn’t clean and the toilets are horrifically mouldy and filthy

I go to this happy place regularly. Daksha and her staff are some of the kindest and sweetest I've ever encountered. It's nice to find someone like Daksha that's more concerned about your skin and your skincare habits than you. And the place is clean and well maintained. This is my favourite by far - I am very pleased with my experiences here! Customer service is exceptional, results are amazing, and the atmosphere is so relaxing.
