We had a burst pipe outside, I contacted them on Thursday and was told someone would be out no one came same as Friday and Monday Tuesday I was informed they had closed the job as I hadn't been in touch I thought they know the work needs doing , so yet again someone is coming out to you before 6pm in the afternoon they phoned to say no we don't have a plumber in your area so basically tough, this company is totally unprofessional be aware

I had Barry service my combi boiler and was impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He explained everything very clearly and easily. The price was great. I highly recommend him and will be using him again.

I don't know who the person who gave Barry 1 star is but I find it hard to believe. Barry serviced our boiler over the years and updated a couple of radiators. Always found him reliable and trustworthy. Thankfully we haven't had any major emergencies but when our boiler was playing up he came quickly.

Thorough, worked hard on repeated visits and fixed a long standing problem with the the boiler. Came quickly when called even when I stressed it wasn't necessary. Even liaised with a neighbour to gain entry when I was at work.I can't recommend Barry enough.
