Greatest experience ever with tis company. Both Tracey in the customer service department and Andrew, an engineer, went above and beyond what could have ever been asked. My 70 year old mother has been without heat and hot water for a week due to another company not being able to sort it. Both Tracey and Andrew went way above what they needed to do and within a day have made it so the boiler is still under warranty and will be fixed immediately (the other company said it would be another two weeks). So appreciative of their help!!

Came out after a big freeze when several other local plumbers had not returned calls, or made appointments and didn't show up. Actually they called to say they could come earliet than expected which was much appreciated after a full week with no running water in the house. Tommy talked to Scottish Water on my behalf and finally they listened.

Had a leak under bath grating. Not an urgent repair but Sean and his Co worker were out within 20 minutes. Fitting too old to repair and new waste unit installed there and then. All at a very realistic price. Will certainly use Kwik Call again. Thank you.

I renovate property for a living & use many tradesmen and companies & this company is of criminal behaviour. Seriously. I called them because I had a leak coming from my shower going down to the neighbour downstairs. They came out and checked the shower tray & told me it was needing re-siliconed. So they re-siliconed around the tray & charged me £87 which I paid. Unfortunately, the shower was still leaking into downstairs so myself & my tiler had a closer investigation of the area, while leaving shower running, & noticed that the water was getting through a gap in part of the glass screen connected to the frame. This is where the water was leaking through and going straight down my original floor boards. It happens that the tray didn’t need siliconed, but that the specific area allowing water through needed siliconed which Kwik Call as plumbers had completely missed, & I found myself, yet they still charged me for siliconing the wrong area which did not rectify the problem. None the less, I didn’t mind paying to have the wrong area siliconed, but gave them a call to tell them the problem & asked if they could please come out and silicone the actual gap part which they had missed which was leaking water. I asked seeing as they siliconed the wrong part in the first call out which was paid for, could they please send a guy out to silicone the missed area free of charge, to which Jason replied “that should be fine I’ll call you morning to see if someone can come out”. I said great thanks and next morning the plumber called me 10 minutes before arrival to say he was coming over. He came and siliconed the problem area in literally 10 seconds, and then told me that I was to be charged again for this! At this point I said that Jason had told me this wound be a free visit seeing as the first visit; siliconed had been put into the wrong area, yet still charged for at £87. He told me to call Jason & I did. Even though I’d already had the discussion with Jason the previous day, and he’d agreed he’d understood & would rectify the problem this time without a charge, Jason now persisted in telling me he would have to charge me again. He said that because the gap on the frame was leaking water - it was a manufacturing fault, not because his plumber didn’t silicone properly. And I said I agreed it may be a fault, but that this area could have been siliconed the first time around to stop the leak problem, but that the wrong area was siliconed the first time around. I said that I was paying a plumber to silicone the problem area. I wasn’t calling the manufacturer to replace the frame because it was a new flat I had just moved into & I didn’t purchase the shower frame or have a warranty for this - all I wanted was the gap area sealed by a plumber, as to not have continuing leaks going downstairs……Anyway, Jason adamantly & arrogantly told me he would still have to charge & that he would not be prepared to deal with me again. To get to the point - the company is not of value, or reliable & this company caused me unnecessary drama from not being honest. Terrible experience. I have never written a review in my life, never mind a bad review, & gave Jason the chance to be honest and understand, before writing this, but he repeatedly chose to come up with lies and tried to manipulate and dictate charging again.

After unsuccessfully trying to deal with a leak from my flat into my neighbour's flat for months using other plumbers, Kwik Call were very responsive (came within a week) and sorted the issues on the day.The engineer had to leave to get a new piece and came back same day to finish the job - previous plumbers have left and come back a week later.Tracy in the office was also very helpful and knowledgeable providing some great advice.

Called kiwkcall plumbers and they where true to their word they came out round about the hour after giving them a call as my toilet was blocked. Tommy called to say he was on his way, when he arrived he got down to work straight away and he had the problem solved within 30minutes. Very friendly and chatty person, everything done and dusted in a very professional way. I would recommend this company ,and if I need help again they will be the first port of call for me . Well done Tommy.
