Natalie is wonderful teacher - endlessly patient, highly knowledgable and always innovative. I have been attending her classes twice a week for a number of years and would definitely recommend her to anyone, from beginner to experienced.

I have been attending Natalie's classes for a few years and feel I have really progressed through her excellent teaching. Natalie is a knowledgable and patient teacher who encourages each person to reach their potential during her classes in a friendly and relaxed environment.

I was advised by my doctor to do Pilates a few years ago for back pain.I wasn't very keen as I had tried it many years ago and found it difficult.However I signed up at my local college and Natalie was the teacher.She immediately made the class accessible to all levels and I actually found myself enjoying it. When she set up on her own, I followed and now have the divine pleasure of practising Pilates overlooking the Thames on Eel Pie Island in Twickenham. I feel so much better and it is part of my life. Natalie's careful teaching has improved my core strength and flexibility and is exactly what I need to continue an active life.
