I used Optical Express after being recommended by a family member after they used them for laser eye surgery. The staff at the Kendal branch are all very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I was never left waiting around too long, and any time I was waiting I was always offered a brew. The staff put me at ease about the operation, and although they don't do the surgery at Kendal, it makes it far easier having all the pre and post op appointments locally. Would recommend Optical Express to anyone.
