Looking for a car for my daughter we tried a few places including Autotrade Birmingham, they have a great presence on Autotrader. I was impressed with the customer service provided by James and the team. They offer a no pressure sales service and after a test drive we bought a VW Polo. You won't find a better deal on price! James made the whole purchase experience calm and relaxing, I would recommend them to anyone, you must give them a try if you are in the market for a second hand vehicle!!

Bought a beautiful car from here with a 7hr round trip. Dealt with Anthony, and was welcomed and looked after.In a world of terrible car salesman's this was a pleasant surprise.. especially when I associate car salesman’s with the city of Birmingham.Highly recommended from me! No rubbish and gimmicks, A+ from me.

Bought our daughters car from them nice people took the car for a test drive there was a whistle noise from the front wheel Mark said as I was driving that noise would drive you mad, anyway we put the deposit down they sent the car to the garage and it was dealt with, they also delivered the car for free which was great as we live the other side of the city, when the car arrived I could tell that the work had been done I.e new discs at the front and pads noticed the rear reflector was cracked but a couple of days later they sent a new one in the post great garage for our purpose of a first car for our daughter she really loves the car and so far so good, Mark said any problems just give them a call and I'm sure they would help us out. Great little garage for a reasonable priced car I wish them well.

Had to book in for my car today, there was a ‘knocking’ noise coming from the car but I couldn’t pin point where from. Immediately got me in the next morning. Within 2 hours of me dropping it off they found out the issue, even dropped my car back home as they had some free time which really helped me out a lot. Couldn’t thank the 2 gentlemen enough.

I bought this little Clio from Autotrade Birmingham about a month ago and I must say it’s mechanically sound, they even knocked off 1/2 the price off for a cambelt replacement before picked up vehicle which was very clean when I picked it up.But after 20 minutes after picking it up from the dealership I’ve had TPS (Tire Pressure Sensor) warning go off, so I’ve bought tires for the front of the vehicle and took it back to the dealership because the TPS warning was still showing. and they did replace a rear tire because of a slow puncture and valve for the front end. And still the TPS is still showing. After further investigation I’ve found out that I have to get the TPS replaced costing more money.This would of been an easy 3-4 star rating but because of all the little things that should of been sorted out before I picked the vehicle up I’ve had to give it 1 star

For a used car garage... they were OK...They could have been a little more polite, welcoming and accommodating. We were made to feel like they were doing us a favour by taking our money and selling the car to us!!But it is what it is.The car my mate got was pretty good, no complaints.These guys could easily get ton4 or even 5 starts... it costs nothing to be nice!
